Personality:Extreme youth; courageous, determined, passionate, and hard working at times(when he feels its worth the effort). All word that best describes Seifer Kyuusei. He enjoys having fun and tries to make whatever he gets himself into a activity worth while. He also can't help himself when it comes to a beautiful girl. He succumbs to their beauty and has to flirt with them. What can I say? Seifer's a hopeless romantic.

Appearance: Seifer's appearance is a unique one. Besides wearing the everyday shinigami uniform, he tries to make his stand a bit out by having its sleeves rolled up, thus revealing a Hawaiian tribal tattoo. His long dark red hair and sparkle in both his eyes and teeth, complimented his looks as his beauty glistens. His skin complexion is mildly dark toned as well as his eyes being dark brown. He could hardly be spotted without a smirk on his face.

Sealed Zanpakutō : The zanpakuto that he wields, takes the appearance of an average zanpakuto. Theres nothing big that makes it stand out except the unique hilt design. The hilt's design is a mixture of a dark blue and dark purple. Other than that, his zanpakuto takes on no more features that can not be found in an average zanpakuto.

History/Background:
Human Life: Day in and day out, life was nothing more than one great adventure for Seifer. He lived his life to the fullest and didn't allow others to bring him down. He enjoyed living the party life and usually would go to bars and clubs to hit on woman and drink sake. Aw man, living the good carefree life was the way of living for Seifer. But unfortunately it all was about to come to a sudden end. One night out on the town, Seifer was out partying and enjoying himself. He then came across a beautiful face on the dance floor, and had to party it out with such a gorgeous creature. So he did and enjoyed himself until, the beautiful girl's ex-boyfriend decide to show his face. Not really caring Seifer simply replies to the guy stepping up to challenge him "Hey man, Im a lover not a fighter. So chillax bro, its just a party." He then calls over the bartender. Being the joker he is, he says to the bartender "Hey my man, bring the gorilla a drink on me." A large smirk crosses his face and he then continues off to party. After the end of the party, as he begun to leave, he is then assaulted by a mob that apparently that ex-boyfriend has set up to shut this joker up. Being skilled at maneuvering and fighting with a unique style, he easily fends himself against the threat before him. But then a knife is drawn and impales him from behind. The ex-boyfriend then too, see his moment to strike and draws out a knife as well and stabs Seifer dead in his chest. He then falls to the ground and his attackers dashes off to flee the scene of the crime. Coughing up blood as he lies there in his own red fluids from his body, he manages to get out his final words spoken in this realm "Heh....I always knew....women would be the death of me.....this...sucks...". He then passed away and on to a new world and a new life

Rp sample: Seifer smirks as he glanced at the lake before him. The lake had contained a beautiful girl at its side, thus causing the smile to come across his face as he traveled over to approach the lady. He then says "Ah well hello there miss. Nice day today is it not?" he then glanced over to face her as he awaited the response of the girl. She had remained silent. He then rubs his neck for a second and thinks "Hmmmm must be the quite type eh?" With that thought in mind he makes one more attempt to drum up conversation with this mysterious beauty. He then flicks back his hair, allowing it to flow like leaves in the autumn wind, his eyes sparkled, his teeth shined and his beauty glistened as he look up to her once more and says "Hello, the names Kyuusei....Kyuusei Seifer and you are?" The girl remained silent once more. Seifer then goes into the animation of falling to the ground in failure and hops back up and walks of thinking to himself "Aw forget it!"
