Appearance:

Kyofu is a flying type hollow that has a rather powerful body for it. His mask resembles a birds skull and his wings have a light amount of feather on them. He has sharp and powerful talons (The only thing different about the picture) and he has strangely human like hands and a single horn protruding from his back.

Personality:
Feared. Confident. Insane. Calculative. All these words and more are perfect descriptors of Kyofu. He is extremely sadistic and has every reason to be feared. His lack of a conscience provides him with no feelings of remorse. He has only two simple goals in mind. The first is to be feared. Whether or not it is by Hollows, Shinigami, Humans, or all of them, he just craves the power and respect gained from being feared. The second thing is to feel human again, and the only way to do that is to become an Arrancar, his ultimate goal. However, there are more steps, the first of which is to gain power, and that power becomes just what a Hollow is made of: Hunger.

History:
In his human life, Kyofu was named Ijo Kira. He grew up on the streets, and had a disorder in which he had no evidence or inkling of a conscience. He lived life the way he wanted and was a violent and feared teenager. One day, he witnessed someone trying to steal from a small child.
Immediately, he ran to figure out the reason for this, and the man then turned on him, a knife in hand. Ijo had then reacted by grabbing the man’s hand and twisting sharply, breaking it. He picked up the knife as it fell and looked at it closely, then stabbed the man in the gut, hard. He yanked the blade this way and that as the girl took off screaming and the man fell to knees in agonizing pain.
Ijo then continued to mangle and disfigure the mans body, and finally began to dismember it. He had never killed before, but that was just too much fun. He wandered out of town, in search of more people to kill in the same manner. He grew older, and as he did, so did the number of victims he had, until he became a mass murderer, one that couldn’t be caught and couldn’t be traced.
Finally, one day, he met a man named Zenaku. This man was like him; a killer, and one without a developed conscience. They both decided on a standoff, and the one that would win would remain as the caretaker of their work. Needless to say, Ijo did not win. Zenaku killed him after several attempts, and did so violently, tearing at his flesh with his bare hands and teeth.
Ijo died with a smile on his face and awoke later in the sewer in which he had been killed. He felt it was strange that he was alive until he noticed the chain attched to his chest. He didn’t like it and immediately set out to dispose of it, knowing on it until his teeth bled and he was finally able to tear it free. Only he didn’t know the consequences. In the world above, he knew of the feeling people described of him, but had never felt it himself. As he slowly metamorphosed, he finally knew what it was, and craved it, craved to make others feel it, craved to feel it himself. He had a purpose and a way to live now; Fear.

Custom Hollow Abilities:


Ability 1: Genkaku-Zai- This ability involves the use of Kyofu’s voice to create a high-frequency sound that invokes the part of the brain that contains fears. This causes the hearer to hallucinate some of their worse nightmares and fears. This ability has no effect on Kyofu, as he is mindless and lacking a conscience. It lasts three posts.


Ability 2: Puraimarufia- This ability allows Kyofu to delve directly into the section of the brain that harbors fear and find his victim’s most primal fear, after which he is able to transform himself into that fear. Kyofu has complete control over any features of the fear, except his mask always stays the same. He is able to fight as this image of fear and is relentless about it.

Ability 3: Mahō- This ability is used by Kyofu launching spores from his mouth. The spores contain a thick, shadowy substance and burst apart on contact with the ground. Only 3 spores can be shot at a time. The black substance within these spores react with the person’s fears, conjuring images of them into reality. All of these conjurations are capable of fighting, and all three disappear after three posts.

Kyofu flew above the city in the night sky, he was stalking his prey and he was enjoying every second of it. His prey had been a lowly little quincy, someone with a bit of reiatsu but not enough to actually matter to him. Soon he was tired of his stalking though, and decided he was extremely hungry for the poor little guy. He began flying low and extremely silently as he neared the quincy.

However the quincy must of felt a small bit of his reiatsu for he immediately dodged him and tried to shoot him with an arrow. Kyofu easily avoided the attack and flew toward the quincy once more. He let out a high frequency screech and watched the quincy's face immediately become one of pure and utter terror. Kyofu laughed evilly at the look and moved quickly.

Soon Kyofu was eating the remains of a quincy who was far too afraid to defend himself. Kyofu was enjoying his meal and after a bit of chewing he finished. Kyofu then took flight in order to go find some more prey.
