Dugan is a handsome young man, but very small and weak, at 5' 5" and 162 lbs, he
is a bit pathetic to look at. Dugan's hair was originally blond, but he had
decided long ago to continuously dye it blue, to match his equally dark blue
eyes, paired with his rather fair skin, it seems almost ideal that he look this
way. Dugan's physique is very weak, he is a frail boy, he is healthy, but by no
means is naturally strong, without his powers, that is. Dugan has very sharp
facial features, his chin is pointed, his nose is narrow-bridged, and his eyes
are narrowed, one of the few places his Asian genetics show. Dugan is usually
shown with a rather bored look on his face, suiting his rather passive and
uncaring nature well. Dugan is never seen without his large headphones
and MP3 player, he only takes them off to bathe and swim. Dugan's usual style is
wearing a Canadian Baseball Jersey, some blue jeans, and black converse, nothing
very special. During winter, Dugan wears his more iconic look, a brown parka
with sheepskin insulation, blue jeans, and brown construction boots, he has his
headphones on his head in this outfit too, of course.


Personality: Dugan is a generally good guy, if you are able to crack his literally rock-hard shell, those fortunate enough would see that he has a heart of gold and a beautiful soul to match. On the outisde, Dugan is apathetic, sarcastic, and overall unpleasent, a facade he developed while being bullied back in Vancouver, and hasn't dropped since. Often times, a glimmer of Dugan's true personality will shine through, usually when coming across a person who has been bullied or other victims, often consoling the victims over the problem. Naturally pacifistic, Dugan hates to fight unless in self-defense. On the inside, deep in his heart and soul, lies Dugan's true self, and if the phrase "Stay gold" had a face, it would be Dugan's, he is a gentle, kind person, a stark contrast to his icy appearance and stony outer shell. With a beautiful heart often comes a beautiful mind, and this is true with Dugan, he is very well read and understands much about the world, both what is considered natural, and what is considered supernatural.

Guardian Shield Armor: When his power becomes active, Dugan's skin turns into an amazing armored form, also increasing his muscle-mass dramatically, boosting both his strength and jumping ability greatly. Dugan's skin becomes nearly impenetrable, while stronger attacks and certain spots, such as his armpits, the back of his neck, and his thighs can still hurt him, he is difficult to hurt.

Techniques/Abilities: Grand Shield: By sacrificing Armor on the rest of his body, Dugan can put his armor onto any body part, usually his arms, to deflect stronger attacks.

Comet Dive: Jumping at a foe with a mighty leap, Dugan crushes his foe under his mighty armored body, hurting them immensely.

Armageddon Crush: After placing an enemy into a to grapple, Dugan leaps strongly into the air, going down head first into the ground, hardly hurting himself, but likely crushing his foe's spine and head.

History: Born to Japanese businessman Toshiro Fujii and Irish immigrant Margaret McConnell, Dugan Fujii was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he faced a bit of troubles, mostly due to his premature birth, which resulted in him being very frail. Because of his scrawny size, Dugan was often the butt of other's jokes, and target to bullies, which is what caused Dugan to become withdrawn and a loner inside school. Dugan's few friends slowly abandoned him as they began to become targets for bullies as well, all except for a new student, a massive, muscular young man from Mexico named Cero Vasquez, whom had begun to protect the vulnerable little guy who had been the first to show him kindness in this new country. For many years, life had gotten much better for Dugan, he was still bitter and apathetic, but much easier to deal with, as his new friend had sworn to keep him safe, until he had revealed that his father had gotten a job in Japan and must move away, which had only caused the boy more anguish, while all of his bullies had matured and stopped with their cruel ways, Dugan still could not be happy without his best friend. At around age fourteen, Dugan had experienced an odd phenomena, including a sporadic change in physique, which had quickly worn off, but still scared the boy intensely. Eventually, Dugan's powers had surfaced fully, causing him to appear as a monster, Dugan had talked to his parent's over the phone about what was happening to him, since only his voice was recognizable, the two found the claim to be outlandish, but believed their son when he had shown his new form. Eventually, Dugan had learned to control his newfound powers, and was very excited with them, having been so weak for his whole life, and had been even more excited when his father revealed that his family was moving to Japan, as he may have a chance to see Cero again. As luck would have it, when Dugan had moved to Karakura Town, he had stumbled upon a familiar face, Cero, the two were shocked to see each other, but honestly happy, Cero had revealed that he himself had powers as well, able to use photons to create powerful blasts of pure light, and the two began the next year of school together, happy as could be, though Dugan still didn't show it, Cero knew.

Role Playing Sample: All was calm in little Karakura Town, people were having a wonderful weekend , children were playing, adults were relaxing, and Dugan was at home, relaxing to some music, he was dressed as usual, his button-up baseball jersey from back in Vancouver, blue jeans, and black converse. Dugan was trying to listen to some J-rock music this girl at school gave him, it was alright, but Dugan preferred more classic types of rock, he was humming along with the tune, a person would be abel to tell he had a very nice voice simply by hearing this. Dugan's room was still in the process of becoming his, as it lacked personality, a few posters of his favorite bands were on the walls, but his room was still sort of plain, the walls were not yet finished be painted, as they were a sea blue color, and still partly white, Dugan's room didn't really have anything unique about it yet.

"Dugaaaaan, Cero is here!" A womanly voice would call from downstairs, presumably, this was Dugan's mother, who would let the large Mexican boy march upstairs into Dugan's room, notcing that Dugan was totally oblivious to his existence at the moment, he slapped him upside the head.

"Earth to Dugan, welcome back." He would grin at Dugan, who turned around, clearly ticked. "Hey! Why'd ya have to go and do that?!" he would shout, turning of his music. "What ya listening to, Dugan?"

Dugan would put his headphones around his neck, looking at his friend, he was a huge opposite to Dugan, as he had dark tanned skin, his natural bronzed brown hair, and was a mountain of a man, heavily muscled, and very tall, basically a gentle giant. "Just some J-Rock that girl in our class, Ayumu gave to me."

"You like her don't ya? I mean, you don't even like J-rock, you used to say how much you hated it." Dugan would nod slightly, she was pretty cute, and nice. "Yeah, she's pretty cool, I guess, and I never said I hated J-rock, just J-pop, I hate pop in general." This was a lie, as Dugan had said he hated J-rock, before he had even heard it no less.

"Yeah? Whatever, you wanna go get some ice cream?" Dugan and Cero went to get ice cream almost every weekend, it was a little tradition of their's. Dugan would nod. "Sure thing, let's get going, big guy." Dugan would spring up, slapping Cero hard on the back, as the pair left the Fujii home, and went off to get ice cream.
