Shinigami Are fully mobilized and at 100 percent for any incoming attacks, The bounts have discovered how to convert humans Into A new race called tormenta, This means they become their slaves They are almost like hollows except they keep their Human form but they loose their will to defy. Their Inner abilities are forced into its 3rd state but Its used for the masters will. This is difficult to do for bounts but So far only the More advanced Bounts have been able to without problems control Their Tormenta perfectly but The ones that are converted but loose their Master get to keep their third state abilities.
Vizards are Disbanded and scattered all over The human world. There is no longer a Alliance amongst their race They are now all Independant. The only Remains of their Existance is in the Vizard cavern Which is abandoned and forgotten.
Arrancars are Also more independant without a Leader. They fight amongt themselves in hueco mundo to see who deserves to obtain the title "Lord of arrancars" The bounts however are Using this opportunity of chaos between the races To Try and create a Treaty with the Forgotten quincy's To attack and Claim Soul society.
