The first level of Shikai gives you your release form as well as your first ability. It is attained by posting an RP of good quality and length in the Become One with your Zanpakuto forum in the Shinigami Academy detailing how you attained it. To be eligible for Skikai you must have 60 overall stat points.

Shikai and Bankai Training Rules:
- Do not create a Topic before meeting every requirements orelse once you acquire each requirements, you will have to wait 2 weeks before applying for the training.
