[b]Occupation:[/b] (Does your character have a job or attend some sort of school?)

[b]Weight:[/b] (kg or lbs.)

[b]Appearance:[/b] (Please include a picture if you can and at least a paragraph of description.)

[b]Personality:[/b] (How your character acts in certain situations. Is your character moody? Calm? Eccentric? Please try to make it at least paragraph long. Please be advised that Split Personalities will be denied.)

[b]Special Characteristics:[/b] (Anything special or abnormal about your character. If they are exceptionally skilled in something, or have received training in some sort of way.)

[b][u]Stats:[/u][/b] (You begin with 100 stat points to distribute around each of the three different attributes. 20 are automatically placed in each stat and another 40 are divided up as you so choose. However you may only spend them in increments of 5 and no one attribute may begin with more than 50 points in it.)

[i]Attack:[/i] Put simply, this stat is a representation of your offensive abilities. Whether slashing with a blade, casting a spell, or attacking with a power. Characters with a high attack will usually be landing powerful blows to their opponents.

[i]Speed:[/i] Put simply, this stat is a representation of your reflexive abilities. Whether evading an attack, out running another character, or gauging your reaction time. Characters with a high speed will usually be the first to react.

[i]Defense:[/i] Put simply, this stat is a representation of your defensive abilities. Whether parrying an attack, using a deflective power, or simply enduring the hit. Characters with a high defense stat will usually be the last man standing in a fight.

[b]Quincy Cross and Bow:[/b] (Each Quincy has their own personal kind of cross, as Uryu uses a celtic cross, and some use pentacles. Describe your Quincy’s cross here, as it may be relevant in the future, add a picture if you want. Also, describe the color of your Quincy’s bow, as that is unique to each individual as well, and how it appears.)

[b]History:[/b] (This is a detailed story about your characters life/history. Try to make it at least a paragraph long and please be creative. Refrain from mentioning any characters from the show, as they do not exist. Be as thorough as possible, because this will be looked at closely by the staff. You can write about their what their lives are like amongst the humans and/or with the quincy, if you need a prompt.)
