| It's almost the same process as making a PC character. You submit the character, but you put (NPC) somewhere in the title. The rules are about the same. We only ask that players not submitting a NPC for characters that no one else will interact with, or are only going to be used on time for a thread. In addition no NPC shall be above level 6 without permission. All NPC must be approved by a mod/adimn. | |
