Am I the Last?

White hair and a weird dress, A man approached the tower of Eiffel in Paris.
"Well It's been a long time since i came here, I must continue finding more ...." The man name is Etsuya Takahashi, A bount. He was travelling the world looking for his parents and also looking for his fellow bounts.
"It is very impossible for us to be easily extinct. I must push harder to see one. If soul society let us live with them. It's their fault ! I must.. I must..." Etsuya thought.
He walked around the paris trying to sense any bounts reiatsu.
