Ability info for Bounts/Hollows/Superhumans

You will be given the first three abilities at rank 0 free of cost, however these must be simple abilities as they are meant to your weakest stuff...So no giant fire ball falling from the sky on a whim type powers. When you reach rank 3 you will be allowed to create a more powerful ability that can be on par with shikai at the cost of a 400 word application. At Rank 6 you are allowed to create one more ability on par with Bankai at the cost of a 800 word application. Both applications must be approved by a mod or admin before use and must pertain to you either learning that ability or it blossoming out of you in battle ect. you guys get the idea. If the application is nothing but your character's political views or him sitting down to lunch or anything else that doest pertain to the ability it will be denied. If you do not meet the requirements the application will also be denied.

P.S. We ask that when you create the word application for the abilities that at the top you state OOC the name and description of the ability. This will not count towards your word count.
