Personality: Katsumi(or Katsu for short) is friendly,playfull,carefree and intelligente most of the time yet she is also a lazy and calm person.She loves to watch the koi(Japanese carp) swim in the pond in her free-times,calling it a 'relaxation hobby'.In battle she is serious and observant,being carefull with her opponent's every move.

Appearance:
Katsumi has long,blond hair which some of her hair is tied in a messie bun and the rest is loose.She has sea green eyes and a large distinctive red marking across her eyes.

Sealed Zanpakutō :
It has a ocean blue hilt,a dark blue sheath and a round golden guard with the design of two golden koi fish wrapped around the hilt.It also appears to have some words engraves in the katana's blade meaning 'Water which is too pure has no fish'.

History/Background: She was born in the 78th district of Rukongai and grew up as an orphan on the streets with her best friend,Takara Ume.She and Takara had to steal and hunt for food to survive the streets.That is until one day she found Takara dead on the 79th district in the North coverd in blood.Katsumi was all alone until she found out that she had Spiritual powers.She decided that she was going to become a Shinigami and not let Innocent people like her friend Takara die.At the shinigami academy Katsumi was admitted into the top classes,being very adept at swordmanship and Kidõ.
