One hundred fifty years after Rokudaime Hokage's reign have passed... And the World seems to seep deeper, and deeper into the tides of war. After the fall of the Akatsuki, and the end of the Moon Eye Plan, led by a dead, and once-powerful Shinobi, Madara Uchiha, the world fell into a time of peace, the Rokudaime Hokage primarily being the hero of this Fourth Great Shinobi War's occurrence, was looked at as primarily responsible for the start of a Golden Age. However, this Golden Age was short-lived. After Naruto Uzumaki, the Rokudaime Hokage retired, bonds were starting to lessen in intensity. When Konohamaru Sarutobi became the Shichidaime Hokage, he maintained peace for Konohagakure, and Hi no Kuni, but, with the lost of a brilliant figurehead from the World, other Nations became more independent, and selfish.

The changes were subtle at first, but once Konohamaru passed away, other Kage were really starting to demonstrate their power to the World. Daimyo began falling under the influence of radical decisions, such as expeditions for amazing ninja artifacts, and kinjutsu - which Konohagakure, and Sunagakure refused to participate in. With Nations expanding their power, the World was starting to return to its originally militaristic form.

It wasn't until only two years ago, that Kaminari no Kuni declared war on Tsuchi no Kuni due to infiltrations, and dealings that both Nations committed on one another in the past. These tensions grew to significant proportions, and it led both Nations to start disliking the other. While these two were at war, other Nations were deciding what would be advantageous for them, to participate in the War, or not to do so? They would have to decide, for now, other Shinobi were becoming more chaotic within foreign Lands, and tensions were recurring between Nations that thought themselves to have a neutral standing.

The world has fallen into chaos, and it requires a fine generation of Ninja to end the chaos, or further the World to its demise!
