Arrancar and Vizards

Alright, after a long while of debate. We've decided to allow people to make arrancar and vizards.

There will be an application process and only a few will be allowed to make one...

First of all. When a hollow is applying to become an Arrancar, he/she must be rank 6.
When a Shinigami is applying to become a Vizard, he/she must also be rank 6.

An Arrancar will keep his/her Hollow abilities and gain a Shikai.
A Vizard will keep his/her Shinigami abilities and gain a 3rd Hollow Ability.

When an Arrancar reaches rank 9, he/she will achieve Bankai.
When a Vizard reaches rank 9, he/she will get a 4th Hollow ability.

Wait there just a second...

A) Arrancars do NOT have a shikai, im not sure where you got that? There Zanpaktou Release Resurection... And basicly revert Closer to their hollow selves... So there is no Shikai, much less BANKAI...?????

B) Vaisards Masks just seem to increase their strength, Not give them any paticular ablities... True Ichigo's Inner hollow had a Black Form of Getsuga Tensho but Ichigo's White One still worked in Bankai, Also its never been seen that a Black Getsuga Tensho had been used outside of Bankai, Which could be told that the hollow knew how to use it since he spent his time locked up inside Zangetsu he knew how to do it... BUT ANYWAY...
