*This is the official board room for the Shiningami Women's Association, meetings are held here to give female shinigami the same rights as men, the security around this area is also very vast so NO MEN allowed. *


The meeting was just begininning as Kaiyo strolled in and took a seat, she was one of the first few there to the meeting, although she expected more to arrive. The building given for the Women's Association was very big and had its own toilets and a kitchen in seperate room, but the meeting room was definately the most impressive, it was very grand and well decorated with a large square table covering most of the room, the chairwomen and vice chairwomen had seats at the end of the large table.

Kaiyo was unsure who the chair and vice-chair women were, but she decided if no-one else had the position she'd ask for it. Smiling and leaning back on her chair, Kaiyo waited for more people to arrive, still looking around the room in awe, it really was quite impressive.

Himawari dashed down corridor after corridor, insanely muttering under her breath, “Please don’t start without me! Please don’t start without me!” A meeting of the Shinigami Women’s association was beginning today, and Himawari was determined not to miss it. She shoved aside two unsuspecting young men, who were blocking the corridor with their pointless conversation, “Sorry, but I’m late!!” She dashed down to the Association’s building, praying that she wasn’t going to be punished for tardiness. She finally reached the door she needed, leading to the large meeting room that had been specifically designed for the Association’s use, flinging it open, and dashing inside.

She was quite surprised to see she was one of the first there, the only other person being a smaller blonde girl, whom Himawari immediately recognised as the Lieutenant of the 11th Division. Himawari felt a sudden surge of nervousness, a sensation she wasn’t quite used to. She’d never spoken to someone whom ranked so much higher than her before.
“Um,” Himawari asked, slowly walking over to her, “Forgive me for asking Lieutenant, but where is everyone? I thought the meeting had started already.”

Kaiyo had been sitting in her chair relaxing for a few minutes, so the sound of someones voice had scared the living daylights out of her and she'd fallen off her chair, getting up quickly and smiling she replied, ' hiya, yeah i thought i was late as well but erm' she pulled out a small scrunched up piec of paper, that flyer for the meeting, Kaiyo walked slowly towards the new lady and pointed to the bottom of the poster, 'To start at 12 midday' it read but underneath in smaller letters it went on, 'After errands are finished' Kaiyo smiled up at the lady, 'So i'm guessing people are busy, giggling slightly she went back to her seat, 'I think i probably should be busy'.

Leaning over the back of her chair she looked back at the woman, 'I'm Kaiyo Saiyouko by the way, it's nice to meet ya' she smiled politely, 'I think more people will be coming soon ,Momo told me she was coming after she finished her paperwork'. Kaiyo's face was still a bid flushed from falling off her chair, although it had been hilarious.

After waking up to an alarm clock clearly set by her lieutenant and a note that just said "Shinigami women's association" and very large, glittery, smiley face. Storming down the corridor, a large group of academy students were unfortunate enough to get in her way, already afraid of shinigami, the academy students were terrified as Momo forced her way through the centre of the group, any injuries were just casualties of war in Momo's mind.

Momo stood outside the door to the meeting room, took a deep breath and walked in, noticing Himawari, she gave a friendly nod in her direction. Then looking at Kaiyo she smirked, looked down and threw half an alarm clock at her YOU SET AN ALARM, FOR ME!!! I COULD HAVE DIED she shouted, then proceeeded to sit down next to Himawari and throw the other half of the alarm clock at Kaiyo. Taking a small breath out, she turned to Himawari and introduced herself politely, Hi there, i'm Momo, you?, her incredible social skills becoming quite apparent once more.

“Um,” Himawari stepped back a little, surprised by this newcomer’s sudden outburst of rage. She watched as she threw the alarm clock over at Saiyouko-san, and she laughed inwardly A smile appeared on her face, immediately deciding she was going like this person, “I’m Himawari Fukuyama.”

She looked at the two other girls, “I’m still in the Academy at the moment, but I’m close to graduating. You two are both in the 11th Squad right?” She looked between them; the 11th squad was well known amongst the students as being bold and aggressive, and were greatly admired by Himawari’s peers.

Kaiyo smiled over to Momo, 'I'm glad you got up in time Momo' catching the other half of the alarm clock that was thrown at her face, still smiling she turned to Himawari, 'Would you like half an alrm clock' she giggled. Kaiyo threw both parts of the clock into the nearby bin, mentally congratulating herself for getting both parts of her broken clock in.

'Yeah we are both in squad 11' she smiled back at the academy student, 'So what squad are you aiming for, and don't say feel you have to say 11th' Kaiyo decided she'd pass the time until the meeting started. Leaning back on her chair she smiled, it was going to be quite a good day, she mused to herself.

“Well, my classmates all think I’m going to be in Squad 11,” Himawari laughed, scratching the back of her head, “They all seem to think I have some sort of temper issues.” She folded her arms over her chest, “You fling a guy over a wall when he makes a comment about your chest, and all of a sudden you have a temper issue. People are just so assuming sometimes.”

A small smile played upon her lips, “But to be honest, I’m really hoping to be initiated into Squad 2. I adore hand-to-hand combat. It’s just so much more unpredictable than battle with a Zanpakutō, especially if you can draw one in the middle of combat. Really catches your opponent off.” She leant forward on the table, “I’ve never been to one of these meetings before. What usually happens?”

Saroki walked into the large room, looking at the table and the women, she sighed a bit, she stepped into the open and saluted Kaiyo "Kanime Saroki at your service." She said in a slightly bored voice. She hoped not to annoy anyone as their was a Lieutenant in the room, she didn't drop the salute as she wanted to show no disrespect.

Kaiyo had just opened her mouth to answer Himawari when Saroki burst through the doors, she had almost the same attitude as Momo, maybe a little less angry though, Kaiyo smiled and nodded her head slightly to signfiy she should stop saluting now, 'Hiya Saroki, hows it going?' she quizzed cheerfully, 'You can sit down ya know' she giggled slightly. As more people were arriving Kaiyo assumed the meeting would start soon.

Turning back to himawari she smiled again, trying to remember the question, 'I'm not really sure either, this is the first meeting i've been to' she said sweetly as she ran her hand through the back of her hair. Stretching her arms above her head Kaiyo shuffled slightly in her seat, trying to get comfortable, letting out a small sigh at the end, she still wasn't used to being saluted from other shinigami, it just seemed weird to her, Kaiyo just hoped with time she'd get used to it, or people would stop, whichever came first.

((Well apart from elvensong, we've all posted here, so we might as well elect a chairwoman and a vice-chairwoman. Any takers?))

Saroki stopped saluteing she she saw Kaiyos signal, she sat down in a random chair closest to her, she took out a book and put some reading glasses on, she started reading a small history book, she found the history of the soul societey rather interesting. A bright light shined brightly into the glasses as the light in the room produced glare, her eyes wher nearly impossible to see. Saroki tried not to cause any trouble as she usually was annoying to everyone around her, she twitched slightly brushing back her hair,

Elvensong had paused before opening the doors when she caught the clear clanging of alarm clocks maliciously cut in two.

Well, it was an alarm clock after all, it prolly had deserved it's dire fate.

With that comforting thought, she pushed through the doors. Last one here. She thought to herself. Obviously I'll have to invest in a new alarm clock too. Dang it.

She glanced around at the new faces, but homed in on the one she knew. Kaiyo! Hi there, remember me? Elvensong? From the not-nearly-dead-enough-Dead-Meat battle?

She smiled at the other three female shinigami as she walked into the room, and waved. "Like I said, I'm Elvensong."

Kaiyo turned her haid quickly and grinned, raising her hand to wave at Elven, and giggling slightly at her comment, 'Yeah, maybe next time we should go for an easier to make dead meat' she smiled over to the woman and signalled her to take a seat. Yawning once more slightly she said, 'I think thats everyone, come one Elven' she grinned, singalling for the woman to sit down.

Kaiyo had never been to a meeting like this, she found it all quite exciting, as she looked around the table she smiled, everyone seemed nice, and it was an evern nicer day. Leaning forward slightly Kaiyo prepared herself for meeting mode, which usually involved a lot of sleeping, but she'd give this meeting the benefit of the doubt, for at least a few more minutes.

(OOC: i'd quite like vice-chairwoman as well if Saroki isn't too bothered, if she is i'll gladly stand down )

“Um,” Himawari started, upon realisation that no-one else was coming, “I guess this is all we have for the Women’s Association, so I guess we should be the ones who take charge.” She looked about at the other four girls, “I guess we should start by electing a chair and a vice-chair. I’m willing to put myself up for chair, anyone else?”

She smiled, trying to be friendly. She had never really hung around with just girls before. After all, back in real life, she’d been swamped by younger brothers; her time in Rukongai had been the same, and a grandfather to boot; and at the Academy, she’d been primarily surrounded by the males of the species.

Kaiyo looked around slightly and stood up as well, obviously a lot shorter than Himawari she smiled at her, 'If no one else mind's i'd quite like vice chair' she grinned. Kaiyo couldn't help but notice how out of place Himawair looked, or rather she felt, throwing a re-assuring smile to her Kaiyo stared into her eyes with complete serenity and then turned to the rest of the woman gathered.

Not sure how long she was meant to stand for she sat, leaning forward in her chair she looked aroun quickly and raised her hand, smiling up at Himawarai, 'Erm i have one point to talk about if you don't mind', looking up at the chairwoman Kaiyo waited for some nod or signal to continue talking.
