| momo put laughed inwardly at both women, both surprisingly nervous about talking to a group of female shinigami, Staring up at the ceiling she threw a small nod in both womens direction; she was just glad she didn't have to have any responsibilities, she felt far to lazy to even look back down at the table. Kaiyo adressed the group with a question and Momo sat forward looking around at the faces at the table, she noticed particulalry the girl who was reading, at least Momo pretended to pay attention. Still staring straight in front of her she spoke to the group, more specifically answering Kaiyo's question, 'Go for it' her voice monotonous as she spoke and her eyes fixed in the same position, like she said, pretending to pay attention. |

| “Um,” Himawari smiled; she was grateful for Kaiyo’s reassuring presence. It let as different for her to be here, but Himawari was determined to not let it get to her. She looked at Momo, smiling at her, nodding her head in agreement, “Say whatever you want Kaiyo-chan.” She leant back in her seat; it was weird being the leader of an organisation she’d just joined but suddenly a lot of things came to mind particularly funding. Funding was going to be tricky. |

| Kaiyo grinned happily and stood up, 'Erm okay so i was thinking for funding,we could hold a sparring tournament or something' running her hand through the back of her hair slightly she grinned and looked around, 'We coulkd charge people to watch and stuff, we just need to find a hook to get people to pay to watch us fight' she cheerfully asked around at the table, innocene radiating from her happy face. Kaiyo had decided she liked Himawari, she seemed cool, she obviosuly had a slight temper but Kaiyo just found that even more fun, she glanced at her broken alarm clock, okay it was sometimes fun, other times just plain mean. _________________ thebleachworld.darkbb.comI close my eyes, slip into a wakeless dream and let the feeling wash over me as my heart begins to change. | “That’s a great idea!” Himawari exclaimed, “A tournament would draw in a lot of people, plus since almost everyone in the 11th Squad will enter, it’s unlikely we’ll be short for competitors.” She thought for a moment, “Actually, since we’re really trying to raise a lot of money and please don’t think less of me, maybe only us girls should fight.” She looked around at the other girls; their very limited opinions of her were going to be severely lowered, “I mean come on. Girls fighting it out under the hot sun. Men can’t help being men you know. I mean if I had the opportunity to watch several hot young guys getting hot and sweaty, nothing short of an Espada could keep me away.” |

| Kaiyo paused for a moment and had a look around the room, before returning to the conversation in fits of laughter, 'I guess thats our hook then Himawari' she giggled. The thought of the tall red heaired woman fighting an Espada angrily to see some guys fighting in the sun just set the small blonde girl off in fits of giggles. Kaiyo grinned, she was already looking forward to sparring she shuffled in her seat as she tried to control her breathing, she was just fortunate she had a cute laugh. Still smiling wildly she turned back to Himawari, 'So when do you wanna do it?' looking around the table for conformation from the others, they all seemed to quite like the idea as well, at least they were smiling. Himawari had obviously overcome her slight worries at the start although Kaiyo was sure she had blushed slightly at her own suggestion, but it did sound like a good idea. _________________ thebleachworld.darkbb.comI close my eyes, slip into a wakeless dream and let the feeling wash over me as my heart begins to change. | “We could hold in within the next few days,” Himawari spoke, her eyes turned to the ceiling as she thought. “It shouldn’t be that hard to organise. A free training field would be the simplest place to hold it; it wouldn’t be like we would need a super large arena or anything like that. Not unless we were expecting a large turnout. We’d also need someone impartial to referee; someone who wouldn’t be biased for one person against the other.” She looked amongst the other girls, “Any of you got any ideas? Because I’m kind of drawing blanks here. What about advertising? How would we do that?” ((For the ref, I’d suggest we ask a member of the Admin. Elvensong, as admin yourself, what would you suggest? As for date, this Saturday would be good, if everyone can get on. Get it started quickly )) |

| Momo turned at Kaiyo's idea, she hadn't expected that. her interest peaked she sat and listened to the idea's, nodding and smiling as they came out, raising her hand at the next question, 'Erm' she looked around and realised people had been standing to share idea's, Momo stood up akwardly, her deep green eyes covered slightly by her jet black hair she turned to the two 'active' talkers among the group, 'I'm quite good at writing, i think i'm compitent enough to make some posters for the event'. Momo sat down quickly as a slight blush appeared on her face, she was always slightly nervous talking in front of people, fighting them was fine, but talking, along with tact had never been strong points of the girl. |

| Himawari smiled, “That would be great Momo-san. I couldn’t write to save my life.” She leant back in her chair once more, “Ok, so that takes care of advertising for it. Where could we hold it? I would recommend against the 11th Squad Barracks, as it will probably be too tempting for them to jump in, and it would not be great for us if our very first fund raiser ended in me sending half the crowd down to Squad 4.” She laughed slightly, “I would also recommend against the Academy training grounds, as I don’t think the teachers will approve all that much. Does anyone know of any other possible places?” |

| (OOC: saturday is fine for me only after midday though i'm a bit busy morning time ) Kaiyo smiled at Himawair, she was practically itching to fight her, she seemed strong enough, and she talked a lot about it, but Kaiyo tried to focus. Tilting her head sideways and biting her lip slightly, she jumped up with a brainwave, 'The parade!' Kaiyo was greeted with a few anxious and puzzled looks, 'No squad 11 had booked the parade grounds in Sereitei but we aren't doing the parade because the Captain didn't want to ' Kaiyo smiled across the table, hoping she wouldn't be picked to ask the Captain, she didn't like him much and he had never been to nice to her. Turning her gaze to the other people around the she looked for any comments but didn't see any, she slmped back down into her chair triuphantly, 'So erm, who's fighting who?' she grinned, not realising she raised her spiritual energy slightly as she spoke, her eyes grew slightly as she put a cap back on it, slightly embarrased about her excitement. Kaiyo loved being liuetenant, but it meant she got to fight a lot less than she'd hoped, and she never did the paperwork so usually she just wandered around having milkshakes and killing the hollows she could find. _________________ thebleachworld.darkbb.comI close my eyes, slip into a wakeless dream and let the feeling wash over me as my heart begins to change. | ((That’s fine by me. But what time zone are you in? Lol, you see I’m on GMT, so I have to calculate what time you mean when you say things like that. I’m 5 hours ahead on EST and 8 hours ahead on PST. Lol, always makes things like this complicated but I work with it well.)) “The Parade is perfect,” Himawari exclaimed. It really was perfect in her eyes; wide open space, plenty of room for combatants and a good number of spectators that is if enough were interested enough to actually come and see. She looked at Kaiyo-Chan, “We’d probably need the captain’s permission to use their slot. Can you ask him, or would you prefer me to as the chairwoman?” Himawari had seen the Captain a few times around the barracks and, despite him outranking her and the amount of fear he drew out of many of the squad's members, Himawari was not going to let him intimidate her, or say no to her request, no matter what it took. She was yet to meet a man who could permanantly say no to her. |

| ((So erm here comes my amazing *cough* smartitude, what the hell is EST or PST as far as i know i'm GMT, living in the UK, thats all i got sorry about not being much help in that area) Kaiyo's face dropped slightly at the suggestion to talk to her Captain, it wasn't she she was scared of him, she just figured if she spoke to him he'd end up giving her loads of work to do, grinning she turned and nodded at Himawari, 'well seeing as you're chairwoman' she tried to be as subtle as possible although she knew wasn't subtle at all. Himawari seemed like the most confident person in the world, which could only make Kaiyo smile even more, 'I can come with you though if you like' deciding leaving her alone probably wouldn't be the best idea, and she decided to be a bit more subtle, her real thoghts of coming with involved her waiting outside the door and if she didn't come back in an hour send our lost posters, but that was worst case scenario. _________________ thebleachworld.darkbb.comI close my eyes, slip into a wakeless dream and let the feeling wash over me as my heart begins to change. | ((Yay! We're in the same country, score!!" EST is Eastern Standard time, the time on the East coast of America, New York etc, and PST is Pacific Standard Time, the time on the west coast, Califonia etc. So midday our time is 7 am EST and 4 am PST. That's why we have to take these sort of things into account. Urgh I hate timezones)) |

| ((I think it will have to be a little later, I’m afraid. Like I said it would be 4 am in California. It’s a bit unfair if they miss it just because the sun hasn’t risen for them yet.)) Himawari smiled, “If you think you should come with me Kaiyo-Chan, I’m fine with it. But you don’t have to worry. The captain doesn’t frighten me at all, and I’m sure with a little persuasion, we can get him to give us the slot.” Himawari mentally checked off a list in her mind. “So that’s advertising taken care of, and hopefully a venue,” she thought out loud, “But we still need a referee. It can’t be one of us if we’re all competing, and we need someone who can be trusted not to be biased to one of us over the other.” ((Like I said before, someone from Admin would probably be best to do this.)) |

| ((Ooc: Sorry for being gone for awhile xD And yes I can probally show up at saturday midday.)) Saroki smirked, fighting, she closed her book putting it away, then she took off her glasses and folded them up putting them in her pocket, her hair fell over her eyes covering them. It sounded like a good idea, "So...How much exactly do we charge?" She was a bit concerned about the price of watching, not many people would pay much to watch girls fight each other, or maybe she was wrong. |
