Kaiyo jumped down the last few steps to the training grounds. It was much different to a sparring arena; it was a lot bigger and had trees sprouted around it, covered in well kept grass the training grounds were usually dug lower in the ground, so the spiritual energy relased wouldn't be so impacting to the shinigami around; this training grounds was no different.

The sky was slightly cloudy and with a slight breeze that swept the girl's hair back gently. Kaiyo turned to leden and smiled sweetly, 'So what do you want to practise first?'

Leden walked down the last few steps looking around in aw . this was a strange place . but beautiful yet how was this still hidden in side the 11 squad grounds. he looked over to Kaiyo

well i read up on this fighting style called Shunkō....it combines physical fighting with kidō energy

Kaiyo nodded as she threw her body backwards; skidding gently across the ground she united her Zanpaktou and threw it on the ground next to her, 'Okay we'll start with that'. A glimmer of axcitement and inticipation ran across the girl's eyes, 'Ready when you are' she called clearly over to Leden.

leden nodded getting really excited he back flipped to a tree and untied his Zanpaktou from his back. he laid it down softly and hoped back up removing his Shihakushō top , he flexed a bit and took his stances. Leden use the hun gar style of fighting . his arms came over his head as he stepout wide with his left leg . giving him a strong foundation . his bent his fingers together in to the tiger claw . he looked over to Kaiyo

Kaiyo broke her syance as she sweatdropped at Leden; trying her hardest not to laugh as he made a stupid pose, followed by a killer line. Rolling her eyes comically Kaiyo leapt into the air. Spinning down and aiming a kick onto Ledens shoulder. Turning as she landed she swepty her feet under Ledens legs and finished with a few friendly jabs at his stomach.

Leden could tell his line was not as cool as he thought from Kaiyo reactions . he watched as she leaped in to the air. Leden bent his arm up blocking her kick with his forarm . she landed and went to sweep him

she is fast

Leden jumped over her sweep but as he landed and got hit right in the stomach. he looked down at her fist and smiled knowing she could have broken him in half if she wanted . he counter with a spin kick aimed at her side and followed the first kick with a jab kick out at her chest when the First leg touched the ground

Leden's counter was fast and powerful, Kaiyo smiled as her arm flew across her body to knock the attack away, only managing to swerve her body in time to take the kick to just above her hip. Kaiyo wasn't sure but she was fairly certain it would have hurt less if she hadn't moved. Not that Kaiyo mided too much; being the vice captain of the combat division meant you had to be that little bit tougher.

Kaiyo stepped in front of Leden with her right leg, spinning on the ball of her foot as she got closer she threw an elbow back into his ribs. Leaping backwards over Ledens head was quite a challenge and Kaiyo landed a little of target, Kaiyo had to change her attack. Instead she leapt forwards and aimed her punch between Leden's shoulder blades, followed once more by a barrge of the girl's deceptively small fists.

leden step back slightly after Kaiyo block his kicked . She aimed an elbow at his ribs witch he barely block by turning his arm down and blocking with his forearm. he was shocked as she jumped over him . before he could turn around he felt the her small fist punch him in the shoulder blade . leden stumbled forward .

Leden turned around swing his left hand out at Kaiyo neck like a chop . bring his left hand back in to his body and following it with right jabbing out at the center of her chest and following it with his left palm out at her face . the three hits followed each other and were fast and strong in the style of the tiger .

Kaiyo's legs acted quicker than her brain as she ducked quickly from Leden's chop, the swishing of air passed through the girl's ears as her brain finally registered the attack. Leden threw another powerful punch that squared kaiyo in the stomach; forcing out a small rush of air as Kaiyo's body curved down slightly.

The girl could tell another attack was on the way; Kaiyo spun on her left foot as Ledens palm flew along in fron of her. Turning back to her normal postion Kaiyo had to react quickly; swiflty slashing her left and right arms to push Ledens attacks away. Kaiyo was still feeling slightly winded as she paused to smile at Leden. The smile was unusual for Kaiyo, her clear exhilleration showing, but with a slight taunting look to it.

Kaiyo tried to focus more on her speed; ignoring her slow brain and relying on her senses and instinct to guide her. The small girl drew back her right arm and flung it towards Leden's face, the attack wasn't so hard to block but at the saee time Kaiyo forced her energy into her left palm as she thrust it into leden's chest. Quickly changing her right fist as she stepped quickly to the side and instead missed Leden's face with her fist and threw her elbow backwards in its place. A little out of breath Kaiyo leapt backwards.

Leden watched as Kaiyo doge his first attack. then as she swiftly blocked his last his few attack. he could tell from her movements that she was enjoying this even by the way she took the hit to stomach . this must be what its like in the 11th squad . there was an enjoyment in battle they them seem to seek out . her smile said it all . Leden could not help but smile back for he was also enjoying the battle .

Leden leaned his head to the right to doge her on coming punch . he was cough of guard as her fist hit him square in the gut . he gasped for air as he slid back 5 feet . this sent a light cloud of dust in the air . he looked up at her and wiped the small stream of blood from the side of his mouth

having fun Vice Captain...lets step it up

Leden stood up and rushed at Kaiyo and jump in to the air . he pulled his right fist up and poured his spirit energy along with his kidō energy in to it. there was a spark of the unstable energy from his right fist . time slowed as he came closer to his target and punched down at Kaiyo

Kaiyo nodded as she released her spiritual energy; not bothering with Kidou she only wanted to block the ominous attack quickly aiming for her head. Kaiyo's whole body began glowing a familiar golden yellow, if the girl hadn't known any better she;d have said she had Jaundice. Kaiyo threw forwards her right arm to block the attack, but the release of her spiritual energy hadn't quite been fast enough and the girl was knocked backwards on the impact.

Kaiyo tumbled backwards and only regained her balance by sliding along on one knee, her hands pressing against the floor to slow her down. 'Well I guess I don't have a choice then do I' the blonde girl giggled back at Leden.

Kaiyo let out a small breath of air, trying to simply focus on her fight and her movements. the blonde girl leapt forwards, running straight at Leden she leapt into the air at the last moment, sending a roundhouse kick at his head. Kaiyo landed behind her target and focused more of her energy at her hands, aiming strategic jabs at Leden's pressure points.

Leden fell a few feet back after she blacked his punch . he was amazed by her spirit power. he gold glowing had startled him for a split seconded but he regained him self just in time to see her running at him . he watched as she leaped in to the air seeing the love and passion she had for fighting in her eyes

Leden ducked under the round house kick stepping back so he could keep his footing because he barely saw it coming . Leden felt her small fist hit him but could not believe it when he could no longer feel is arms and legs. he feel forward slowly

wow she just ended it like that....she with out brought me down with 4 or 5 blows ...i cant move my arms or legs ...this is imposable...i have to learn that

Leden hit the ground with a light thud sending a a light cloud of dust in the air. he body laid there like a limp noddle . he had many bruises from the fight. there was a little dry blood on the side of his mouth .

((OOC: sorry but the phrase 'like a limp noodle' actually made me fall of my chair with laughter; yeah I'm mature like that ))

Kaiyo's body was covered in bruises and she was even certain she'd cracked a rib or two. the blonde girl rushed over to Leden as he fell to the ground, Kaiyo had only peeked at Himawari's notes on pressure points; the girl wasn't even sure it would work. Kaiyo still felt guilty, each time and Leden fought only one of them ever managed to walk away, carefully placing the man over her shoulder Kaiyo sped off to the 4th squad. The small girl tried to hold tightly of Leden as she went, but Kaiyo had underestimated how hurt she was. feeling really tired Kaiyo stopped just outside the shinigami academy, they had medics there anyway. The blonde girl's muscles were aching when she dropped Leden on a bed. Slumping onto another one next to him Kaiyo fell asleep, completely exhausted.
