The captain sat in his chair, leaning back he looked over the paper work that had been dumped on his desk. Staring him straight in the face was the application for the Vice Captain position of his squad. Hmmm... he did needf a vice captain, and from the 11th squad as well he could come in handy.

He noded to himself and sent a Hell butterfily out to fetch this shikyo. Meet him first then decide if he has what it takes.

Settling back on his chair he got down to some paper work, yes a Vice captain would be very usfel. Cuckling to himself he scribbled away.

Shikyo made his way to the 10th Squad Headquarters towards the Captain's office, still fairly amazed that his application had been processed so quickly. He was sure that due to the sheer amount of paperwork he himself had to fill out that even more had to be done before an interview could be attempted, but he wasn't about to question his good fortune now.

Knocking on the already opened door he stood with his hands at his side as he bowed before presenting himself, "Shikyo Yoshi, at your service." He didn't move, keeping his body completely still as he awaited a response from the Captain.

Hearing the knock at the door the captain looked up from the paper work on his desk, then calling out he said, ‘‘Come in.’’ Throwing a wistful gaze at the still sizable stack of sheets on his desk e pushed them to one side as…. a glance to a page told him shikyo, walked in.

‘‘Welcome welcome shikyo, take a seat.’’ Watching intently the man who walked across the room he leaned back in his chair. ‘‘You caught me at a spot of work, no matter though this is of course more important. You wish to fill the Vice Captain position open eh?’’

Standing up he once again eyed this shikyo, ‘‘You have the look of a strong shinigami, that’s good.’

The 10th squad is a squad called upon in crisis, we must always be ready. As such we must be strong and capable. Prove you are by:

- Gaining 15 spirit power (completed)
- Gaining 20 fighting skill (completed)
- And a second shikai ability (completed)

''Well done shikyo, you have rose to the challenge and aquired the position as my Vice Captain. You will be a great help with all this damn pap... Ummm hollow attacks, yes yes hollow attacks. Anyway you're dismissed, go and join your squad mates.''

And with a slight smile he got back down to the paper work as Shikyo left his office.
