Kaiyo wandered happily along Seireitei, today was the day the hopefully were accepted into the academy, with term starting the next day they were all invited to an open day for the academy, in their uniforms and with their assigned classes. The day only lasted until 12, then the students were given free roam around all of Soul Society. Many travelled in groups and showed off their new uniforms. The small girl sighed, thanks to Kaito, Kaiyo had spent the worst week of her life training with her ex teacher, Natsumi sensei was the only woman who Kaiyo was truly afraid of, and she knew it.

The week had however come to an end, and the woman had given Kaiyo the responsibility of wandering around Sereitei to make the sure the academy students didn't get into trouble. The task was in fact a punishment for the girl that had refused to run laps for not adressing the woman as Sensei. Kaiyo smiled up at the sky weakly, at least it was a nice day.

Saroki grumbled to herself as she walked through the halls, she was going to greet every new shinigami today, direct orders from the 2nd squad captain. She didn't like these orders, not one bit, she usually kept to herself, and going out to just greet people seemed like a waste of time, each person she greeted ended up getting beaten to a pulp. So much that people wher starting to avoid her, especially the new shinigamis, it seemed most of these new shinigamis had a tendancy to think that they wher more powerful than all of the captains combined, and that one aspect boiled Sarokis blood. But still, if I keep doing this I will most likely get in trouble with Ryouta... She stopped her grumbleing for a moment as she saw a shinigami and Kaiyo, her jaw dropped, Kaiyo! She quickly hid behind the corner of a wall and peeked out at the two, it seemed a accident had accured, Saroki was protective over Kaiyo, if this new comer wher to harm Kaiyo Saroki would attempt to kill the person. But then again Kaiyo was very powerful, she could take care of herself.

Saroki realised if Kaiyo knew that Saroki was injureing all the new shinigami, she would probally tell Ryouta.

Kaiyo stared blankly at the rude academy student, the blonde girl glanced around her before she spoke, 'i wasn't even the one moving, i was here all the time!'. Kaiyo clenched her fist in anger before she saw Natsumi Sensei out of the corner of her eye, the girl was already in trouble with taht she devil. Kaiyo also fairly certain she could sense Saroki around, the girl smirked to herself at how Saroki would react if she were to fight with the girl.

Kaiyo slouched ehr shoulders, glaring at the girl as she spoke, 'Hi, I'm Kaiyo Lieutenant of the 11th Division...and you walked into me!' she stepped closer to the girl. Kaiyo had just finished a long week, she wasn't in the mood for arguing; but she also realised killing the offender with her Bankai would have been a little harsh. Kaiyo raised her right hand over her head, waving over her shoulder to Saroki, as she smirked slightly at her friend. Turning once more to stare up at Melon. Kaiyo sighed, dropping her shoulder as Natsumi Sensei stared at her, 'Who are you?' she asked, obviously forcing herself not to backhand the girl across the face.

"then don't daze out some much!" she hissed out in defense, patting her clothing. She looked back out the window, feeling short. She yawned and faintly thought she was hungry.. but shes hungry a lot. But the shorter you are the quicker, right? she couldn't remember.... She felt weak next to this girl, her own Reiatsu stifled by the older girl's. "Hello I'm Meran Ameyuki." she said with a small smile, a lieutenant, I stand no chance what so ever. "and... I'm a nothing really." she said scratching the back of her neck.
She looked around feeling stifled with all the tall people with strong reiatsu, she hated being smothered, must be because of the way she died. Which she still blushed and pouted over, I mean people shouldn't die because of a prank.. really...

Saroki saw Kaiyo wave to her, she gulped and jumped out from her hideing place, she walked closer to the unknown person, "Hello, I am Saroki Kanime 3rd seat of the second squad." She said, a her voice cold, she gave a unwanted feeling, she felt like this new shinigami was a enemy, or at least a annoyance. "Pleased to meet you." She coughed out, as she wasn't very anxious to meet this girl.

Kaiyo scratched the back of her head as she looked down at Meran, the girl smiled politely, 'I bet your not nothing'. Forgiveness, it was what her name meant so the girl figured being mean would just be out of character, Kaiyo glanced up at the sky and at Saroki. The girl glanced between Meran and Kaiyo, 'So which squad are you aiming for?' she grinned at Meran, the girl wasn't beyind looking for new squad members already, and the student seemed fun at least.

Kaiyo wasn't much taller than Meran, in fact the girl was probably the closest to equal height either of them would find in Soul Society. Kaiyo's head slowly turned down at Saroki's hand taht had a bit of blod on it, the girl glared at her friend, dropping her shoulders, 'How many did you hurt?', the girl usually wouldn't be too bothered, but Kaiyo knew Natsumi Sensei would personally hold her responsible for anything that went wrong.
