Although Kaito took every single attack that Ryouta had thrown at him, he implemented a technique that he had recently learned about since he was still trying to understand his own fighting capabilities. By building his reiatsu up to its maximum just before he got hit, Kaito was able to dramatically to decrease the damage that he actually took from the combination of kido techniques. After the two lightening arcs crashed into the ice splitting them apart even more than it was before Kaito arose from the shattered ice, glowing with a deep purple reiatsu leaking from his body. "Geez...Ryouta-san...careful...I'm not completely sober yet. You're going to kill someone if you aren't more careful" Kaito said as the reiatsu that had been flaring around him disappeared. He knew that he had said that he was going to fight Ryouta with a sword, but the lieutenant had just said that he was into fighting with kido so Kaito figured that he would use one more kido assault; Kaito had just the perfect assault in mind to.

"Here we go Ryouta-san..." Kaito said as he bit harder into the blowpipe that had quickly become a common attachment to himself since the day that he had bought it from the market, "Fall from the sky, Cause it to light, Hado # 60, Blast Feather" he called out while looking up at Ryouta. The feathers began to fall from the sky and Kaito could only smile as he raised his palm in the air, "Ryouta-san...what if you were trapped in a terrible gale with those deadly feathers?" Kaito asked mischievously, most likely from the alcohol still coursing through his veins. Raising his hands, Kaito muttered, "A call on upon of the darkest of night, send out the storm god in order to shake the world, Hado # 62, Blue Nova Wind Storm!". The wind erupted from his hand violently as it rushed up to capture Ryouta and the feathers within the wind; naturally the feathers were floating within the tornado which put Ryouta in danger of crashing into them. Flashing stepping into the air above Ryouta and the tornado Kaito pointed his two hand as they were in an interlocked position towards the tornado underneath him, "With this things should probably force him to get a little serious here...so I should get ready I guess..." Kaito wondered sadly.

"Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle!, Hado # 63, Thunder Roar Cannon" Kaito finished. Lightening exploded into the tornado all the while rushing down at an unsuspecting Ryouta who really didn't have control over his movements at the moment. "Sorry, lieutenant...you really leave me no choice in this matter..." he said solemnly as the last attack caused not only the tornado to burst in a wave of energy, but Kaito heard the feathers exploding as well and he knew the attack was deadly.

So serious about fightin'...all the time, thought Ryouta. "Bakudo no Rokuju: Wall of Entropy!" A swirling mass of color appeared in front of him, forming a solid wall. As the winds whipped the feathers into it, they vanished instantly. A few of the feathers curved around the barrier due to the way the wind moved, and for these, Ryouta used his Banrai ability to push them into the swirling wall of shifting colors. When Kaito's Hado#63 shot at him, Ryouta again remained passively behind his shield. Does he really expect me to get serious? I'm not gonna, not so near the Academy and people...also...I'm not sure about Crowe-san and Kioshi-san's ability to hold up against it... Out loud, Ryouta muttered under his breath, "Sorry, I can't get serious here, Kaito-san."

Louder, he said, "I have every confidence in your ability, Kaito-san, even when drunk." Ryouta dispelled his Wall of Entropy and looked down at his released Zanpakuto, and then at Kaito. "How goes making contact with your Zanpakuto? Any luck?" Ryouta was genuinely interested about this, as even knowing the character of a Shinigami's Zanpakuto lent great insight into the Shinigami him/herself.

And then an idea struck Ryouta. "Hang on a sec, Kaito-san. I've thought of a way for us to get serious, without putting others at risk. One second please." Ryouta closed his eyes and brought his hands together. "Sever the lines between light and darkness, trap all within the confines of your energy! Bakudo no Rokujuyo: Ultimate Sapphire Barrier!" Blue light seemed to shine from Ryouta, and then it expanded out in arcs, surrounding all of them in a fairly large blue barrier. Ryouta slashed down at the barrier and sent an Inadzuma attack at it; the barrier showed no sign of damage.

Satisfied, Ryouta turned to face Kaito again. "There. Now we can get serious. Bankai! Shugotenshi Raikou Arashi!" There was a blinding blue light, and Ryouta was once again clad in his shiny black armor. His knees bent and he looked at Kaito with an odd expression on his face. "Ya're too serious alla the time, Kaito-san. Loosen up," Ryouta advised. And then he grinned, and there was something feral, lion-ish about the smile. Clearly he and Raikou Arashi were very closely melded at the moment. "Let's go!"

Ryouta flash stepped with blinding speed and brought both his claws down with terrifying rapidity upon Kaito's sword. "Shuurai!" Arcs of electricity gathered at the claws and fired into Kaito's sword, pushing Kaito back towards the ground. "Todoroke!" Two blasts of solidified air shot forth from Ryouta's claws. Dust flew up into the air- it looked like Kaito had hit the ground hard. "Bakudo no Yojuroku: Cat's Cradle." Strands of white silken thread shot down toward the dust; hopefully it would ensnare Kaito and force him to surrender. Ryouta was far more interested in learning more about Kaito and his relationship with his Zanpakuto then the fight, after all.

(Sorry this sucks... I am tired.. I worked all day... And I had already typed up a decent post... But my computer freaked and closed the page.)

Kuro waited anxiously for Kaiyo to exit the flames. Within moments Kaiyo shot from the flames swinging her blade. Kuro barely managed to pull out his blade in time block it. The Recoil of the impact caused Kuro to fly back a few feet, landing and rolling a few yards. As Kuro stood up to face Kaiyo, he saw her coming to swing again. Kuro raised his blade to block it, when Kaiyo spun around striking from the other direction. The blade dug into Kuro's side, causing him to fly against a wall. Kuro look up at Kaiyo and then his wound. The wound was deep and bleeding heavily. Kuro stayed down on the ground, taking a moment to breath and hopefully let the wound clot.

((OOC; sorry for delay in posting, and well, yeah i got bored writing the same response 3 times to lose it so this one was just because it's moe fun to write ))

Kaiyo had managed to hit both her targets, although she was more than a little pissed about being shot with three binding spells. The blonde girl tried to step forwards, falling face first to the ground as she lay laughing next to nerdy chan. The intoxication of Sake had started to take more of an affect, Kaiyo smacked her lips together as she felt them tingling, her mind rushing back for a moment she couldn't help wondering if her milkshake tasted a little odd...it had a sharper than usual taste, not that she had time to notice in the three seconds it took her to drink it.

Kaiyo rolled over on the ground, still stuck in the Bakudo spells as she strained herself to lean upwards, frowning at Ryouta, 'You gave me Sake in a milkshake!'. Kaiyo shrugged and rolled back over so she was lying face down on the ground. The girl didn't really plan on attacking nerdy chan whilst he was lying down, but the bakudo spells had gotten her sufficiantly annoyed to need to release her reaitsu. Kaiyo glanced sideways to her Zanpaktou, the shiny blade lay motionless on the ground next to her for a moment. Smirking she called happily, 'Light the sky, Tenrai Zenpyou'. The blade began to rattle on the ground, golden sparks flying from the shiny metal as the red and yellow ribbons extended from the hilt. Kaiyo's smile grew, she love it, the rush of energy that shot like a wave through her body, the prickle of power that made every hair on her body stand upright. Kaiyo shut her eyes, her spiritual energy was shooting upwards, and with her Shikai released things could only get more fun.

Kaiyo pushed her arms away from her body, simply laughing as she did. The blonde girl rose slowly to her feet as the binding spells erupted around her, shattered by the girl's reaitsu, Kaiyo leant down and picked up her glowing blade. Drinking Sake always made her head feel lighter, it was fun. Kaiyo stepped forwards, jumping off Nerdy chan as she leapt into the air; flash stepping quickly to behind kioshi. Kaiyo moved her blade with substantial skill, her slices fast and powerful, granted being drunk had her accuracy shot, but the speed and power was enough for the girl shooting slices and jabs against Kioshi. 'Come on, lets have some fun' she goaded Kioshi, stepping down and bringing blade back up with her as she leapt into the air, aiming a large slice straight up Kioshi's body. Kaiyo landed with ease between nerdy chan and Kioshi. 'You guys are gunna have to get more fun' she giggled, tapping her finger on the tip of her buzzing blade.

Kioshi tried to block as many attacks as he could but this girl was just to fast. Kioshi while covered in blood from his minor wounds was smiling for he had not had so much fun in a while. "That sounds goo to me, Nerdy-chan would you like to have some fun?" Kioshi then unsheathed his sword

As Kaiyo pushed off of his chest, it began to bleed even more. His wound was already deep enough to kill him, but with the increased bleeding rate he did not have much time to goof around. Kuro's hand began to crackle with energy of a Crimson Strike, and he slammed it down on his wound. A loud hiss was heard as his wound began to crackle from the heat. Kuro bit his lower lip, holding back the roar of pain. He stood with his wound cauterized shut, pale from the great deal of blood loss. His face was dark and serious now. "Yeah... As ready as I will ever be... But watch out... Her shikai could probably kill us in one swing.... Think you can bind me against her?" Kuro's eyes were serious as he began to remember his last resort. "We need to calm the drunken rampage.... We can win.. It will just be.... Hard." Kuro looked at Kiohsi. "While you figure out how to bind her... I will try out some new tricks to wear her down... I have a few new moves that I haven't shown anyone yet..."

Kuro looked up at Kaiyo, his dark eyes different than before. He had almost died in the game that they were playing. This drunken rumble was going to have to stop, not just for his sake but for Kioshi and other shinigami who may get dragged into the rumble. His goal was to become strong enough to protect, and now he was going to have to control one of his best friends. Kuro's reiastu began to pour out as his eyes seemed to light with determination. Kuro began to charge at Kaiyo his hands aimed at Kaiyo. "Are you ready for this? Way of Binding #34 Bond of Black Chains!" The black chains formed and shot from his palms, wrapping around Kaiyo. Kuro hand a grin, grabbing on to the chains with his right arm. Kuro strained for a moment as he began to spin. His muscles tightened and his veins began to bulge as the chains began to lift Kaiyo and spin her around. Kuro had sweat running down his forehead as he aimed his left hand at the ground. "Let those who toss the stone in the pond, be splashed by their own self doubt! Way of Destruction #24 Water Slicing Blade!" Since Kuro had concentrated his energy to span over a wide area, the water shot from the ground over a wide area with the same pressure as a water hose. It sprayed down everything leaving both Kaiyo and Kuro soaked. Kuro then put his left hand on the chain, letting out a nervous sigh as he spun the chain. He tightned his grip and began to utter, "Way of Binding #11 Reading Lightning.." The static electricity began jumping rapidly across the chains, as well as Kaiyo's and Kuro's bodies. Kuro pulled his arm back half-way flinching his face as if he was preparing to get majorly hurt. "Way of Destruction #4.. Pale Lightning!" A blast of electricity roared from his hand channeling on the chains electrocuting them both. Kuro gripped the chain harder and began spinning it faster. He was trembling in pain though he knew he could not let it distract him. The pain was close to unbearable, his veins bulged to a point that it seemed they would burst from his skin. Blood began running down his nose, and he knew he needed to leg go. Kuro let go of the chain, causing it to fly off in the air. Kuro pulled out his zanpaktou aiming it at Kaiyo. Blue reiastu began gathering at the tip."Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws. Way of Destruction #33 Blue Fire Crash Down!" The orb of energy formed at the tip of the blade and then launched at the constricted Kaiyo. The blast howled as it darted towards Kaiyo, the flames seemed as if they had a life of their own. The recoil of the blast sent Kuro onto his back, and then sliding a few feet. He laid there for a few moments catching his breath, for he was at the point of pure exhaustion.

An old man in a cloak of feathers walked up to him looking down. Wow boy... You must be scared of her zanpaktou to go all out like that... It almost makes me proud to be your zanpaktou... You did good boy... Kuro forced himself up, mouthing out the word thanks. Kuro looked up at the zanpaktou, and then limped over to lean against a building. You know she is going to get up and be over here for more... What are you doing? Kuro was barely able to talk, but his words managed to leave his lips as a faint whisper. "I know... I am just resting to prepare for it... That last display to a hell load of energy out of me..."

(OOC:I do not quite remember your zanpaktou's ability Kaiyo, but I remember you fancy electricity... So I decided to shock you.. Before you electrocuted my ass off...)

Kaiyo turned around just as Nerdy Chan shot her with chains, how delightful. Kaiyo tipped her head back for the wait, she was far to excitable to bother trying to escape before the attack, that left her such a small amount of room to really enjoy the fight. The girl did not however like being utterly drenched, with her arms locked by her side, clenching tightly still onto her glowing blade, the odd golden spark shooting from it as Kaiyo flicked her head from side to side, her wet hair clinging to her face. Kaiyo's gaze followed the chains, straight over to Nerdy chan's pained expression, yeah, this was going to hurt like hell. Kaiyo shuffled her shoulders for a moment, still laughing loudly at her impending doom. Naturally, for the drunken pint sized child, this was hilarious.

Kaiyo wouldn't like to admit it, but after the last fire attack, she blacked out for a moment. Struggling with her bleeding body to fight back. Kaiyo had been hit with electricity before, it had taken the girl short of three years to make sure her own attacks didn't hurt her, although her Bankai was still more of a hit and miss. Nevertheless the water that was trickling down to the ground mixed with the blood from both her head, and chest. 'For the love of God get up before i make you regret it!' Tenrai screamed in her ears. Kaiyo's eyes shot open, her body still for a moment longer. Electrical burns always hurt more than fire burns, they had a shiny, silver appearance. Lucking for Kaiyo though the wound from her head was from the direct hit of electricity, it was just her body's way of giving up.

Kaiyo shut her eyes, breathing slowly in through her nose, out through her mouth, the rythmic beating of her heart slowed, as the girl focused, increasing her spiritual energy. Kaiyo flipped back up to her feet, spinning her Zanpaktou in her hand for a moment before smiling between Kioshi and Nerdy Chan. 'Now that's gunna leave a mark'. Without any warning, Kaiyo tried something new, she stepping forwards, raising her Zanpaktou in the air, circling it down as she stuck it diagonally in the ground, 'Denkou Kabe'. The usual static wall of lightning reaitsu shot up from the ground, this time extending from where her Zanpaktou had been stuck, the solid wall sped at at untracable speed towards Nerdy chan. Kaiyo turned away, not even seeing if the guy had blocked or survived.

Walking happily to the side Kaiyo pulled out her Zanpaktou from the ground. 'Ya know how 11th Squad has the best fighters' she smiled, walking closer to Kioshi. The sake was really starting to make her feel dizzy. 'Well, i was just wondering how the 5th Squad squared up'. Kaiyo cracked her neck to the side from a moment, the ribbons attached to the hilt of her blade were flicking around under the spiritual energy Kaiyo was releasing. Perfect, now there was three Kioshi's, Kaiyo figured attacking the one in the middle was right. The blonde girl took a step forwards, her foot touching the ground for no longer than a second before she leapt valiantly into the air, slicing her Zanpaktou down through Kioshi as she landed, keeping her crouching position on the landing before springing back up with a lunge, stepping around Kioshi as she aimed a large X across his back. Kaiyo stumbled backwards, her head was spinning.

Kioshi fell to his knees bleeding from the chest "It's not over yet Kayio" Kioshi said smileing. Kioshi knew he could use Kayio's drunkenness to his advantege, Kioshi flash stepped about a yard or so behind her "Hado 6: Rain Of Pain" Kioshi made sure Kuro was out range before he made it rain of course.

(Spirit power maybe...please...with cherry and chocolate syrup on top?"

Although Kaito didn't like having to push himself to such high levels he figured that he would at least stop holding his reiatsu back, "Ryouta-san...I have a confession to make..." he started to say as he let go of the cap on his spirit power. The entire space within barrier that had been set up by Ryouta was now pulsing with Kaito's reiatsu, "I have been holding back too...its not as easy as it looks..." he sighed. The force of his released reiatsu blasted away Ryouta's attacks at the last second and Kaito once again pointed his zanpakutou at Ryouta, "So as I said before, let's have a close combat battle...I'm tired of casting troublesome kido..." he said. "Man...what I wouldn't do for some pain killers right now...my head is pounding..." Kaito brooded as he awaited to see what the lieutenant would decided to do from here on out, but he was also enjoying the feeling of not having to cap his reiatsu. Thinking about all the other things he could have done with his free time, Kaito stared up at Ryouta before he finally zoned out staring into the sky.

Kuro saw the wave of electricity shooting towards him, he knew he had to think of a way to save himself. It was impossible to block, with sword and kidou. Though, he was nerdy-chan for a reason. He knew there was one way to avoid getting shocked. He knew he had to ground himself. Kuro raised his hands up to his sides, his hands in a tight fist. "Let my energy flow and cut my opponent to ribbons. May his remains be scattered by the winds. Way of Destruction #27 Reshi Blade." Kuro slammed his feet into the ground as kidou blades began to form over his hands. He slammed his now bladed fists into the ground, and in no time at all the wave of electricity flew past him.

The worst that he felt was a slight burning sensation that trickled across his skin. Once it had passed over he had forced himself up. Kuro looked at Kaiyo, who stumbling back. Kuro raised his hands and began to utter in a completely exhausted voice. "Way of Binding # 34 Bond of Black Chains!" Black chains shot from his hands, wrapping around Kaiyo. Kuro sent all of his remaining energy into the chains, so that way they would hopefully restrain her long enough for Kioshi to pull a move strong enough to finish her off. Kuro looked at Kioshi, nodding faintly. "You need to pull something big.... Something way larger than individual spells.. You need a combination that works well together to make a fantastic grand finale of Kidou. Finish her off my friend.... The spotlight is on you." Kuro fell back onto the ground, rolling off against a building side. He understood that he was out of the fight for the most part, but he was ready to be there for advice when needed.

(Intel... I really need that stuff for more spells lol. So Kaiyo, I was wondering if Kaito could grade our fight and we grade theirs... Since all active mods are in this thread and our fights really haven't been interacting with each other... So could it be possible? Or too far from regulations? )

"Close combat? Fine with me," Ryouta agreed. "Hang on a moment though..." He closed his eyes and his armor seemed to grow hazy, but it did not fully dissolve. Then the blurriness solidified, and Ryouta's armor was now covered with sharp spikes and edges all over it, making every bit of surface on it a weapon. Even the chest plate was a weapon; it was covered in little hooks that looked like they could easily tear through skin and hook into flesh that ground against it.

And then Ryouta spoke as if to Raikou Arashi himself. "I like this new re-model, whaddya think big guy? ... Yeah, it is nice." He turned his attention back to Kaito. "OK, I'm ready."

Ryouta flash stepped toward Kaito and slammed his claws against Kaito's sword. He turned his wrists slightly and pulled out, so that the hooks on the claws locked Kaito's blade in a stationary position. "I don't much like how ya keep usin' your reiatsu to blow away attacks...it's annoyin'."

The upper arms of Ryouta's armor dissolved, along with the helm and visor. The dark clouds formed several spears of dark energy, and they shot towards Kaito with astonishing speed. Deflect that, Ryouta thought somewhat triumphantly.

"Right"Kioshi nodded, as the acidic rain drops began to fall from the sky he pointed at kayio and said "Hado 13: Killer Bee" then the lightning bolts exploded from Kioshi finger headed for Kayio with almost unbelievible speed

Kaiyo glanced down at the chains, this fight was almost becoming a hassle. In her drunken state she seemed to ignore the fact that she could really hurt someone. Kaiyo was swaying left to right, her words slurred as the black chains wrapped around her. The blonde girl turned to face Kioshi, sighing in an overly dramatic manner. Kaiyo scrunched her face tightly under the strain, pushed forwards against the tight chains as she dug her blade into the ground as Kioshi finished his spell.

'Chouwa no Tomoshibi' she muttered, her head already pulsing from her drunken state. The lightning bullets shot towards Kaiyo, as the ground began to rattle beneath the girl still gripping onto her sword, the floor glowed an electric gold, spreading along the floor for a large radius. It was Kaiyo's last attack, her spiritual energy was sucked out of her body as the golden light got larger and larger, and just as the bullets pierced kaiyo's body the reaitsu pumped lightning shot up from the ground. A 100 metre radius of crashing energy surrounded Kaiyo, the chains dissolving like dust around her as she became engulfed in the attack. Chouwa no Tomoshibi drained kaiyo of nearly all spiritual energy, vacuummed out of her body to fuel to the attack it became stronger with her increased spiritual energy, and damn near killed anything with a lower reaitsu that was unfortunate to be stuck inside. But the attack wasn't slow either.

Kaiyo was swaying heavily side to side, the attack not affecting her as she gently let go off her Zanpaktou, falling face first to the ground, riddled with holes and very drunk. The girl seemed to have forgotten the people around her, the attack radius easily destroying buildings and anything in it's wake, possibly even reaching Ryouta and kaito. Not that Kaiyo was thinking of that at the time, no, she was drifting happily in her dreams.

(Spiritual energy maybe Lol Its all cool saroki. I said i could get about a 2.5-4.5. I am kinda impressed my range was correct. Lol, Yeah I have no time for content and length. Most of these were after work, or before school.Not to mention having a kid. It is hard for me to get on as much as I do. Let alone get the time to type up a decent post, that never happens anymore.)

Kuro watched as the attack shot out to consume all Kuro turned to Kioshi. "Shit... Come on let's go!!" Kuro began running, something he does not normally do. Especially when he was as tired as he was. He ran using most of his energy over to Kioshi, picking him up and running away from the blast. Kuro was panting as he ran, his legs tired, his arms tired. He had so little energy left. He knew that he had no real hope of out running it, so he ran into the nearest alleyway. Kuro spun around tossing Kioshi behind him and raising his hands. "Oh ye lord! Seal this gateway with a mirror's heavenly sheen! Let the angel of death pass over upon seeing the blood of a lamb, sparing the firstborn child! Way of Binding #25 Mirror Door!" The glass wall of Kidou blocked the way of the alleyway. Kuro began shaking as he casted it, for he did not have enough energy to cast it in a decent manner. Sweat ran down his forehead as he kept putting more and more energy into the shield. As the attack crashed into the wall, Kuro began to strain. His veins bulged, as he began to twitch and shake. He tried his best on concentrating on sending all of his energy into the shield. Though, as the shield began to crack Kuro had fear build up in his chest. He knew that if that shield broke both he and Kioshi would die. Kuro sent even his own life force into the shield, causing Kuro to look even more faint. His skin began to lose its color as well as his nose beginning to leak blood. Kuro keep putting more and more energy into it, when he felt hands place on his back and he could feel a bit more energy. Who is that? He thought to himself amongst the chaos. Come on boy, you can make it! As Kuro realized it was his zanpaktou he nodded, putting forth the extra energy into the shield allowing it to hold over until the attack was over. When the chaos was over, Kuro fell back. The shield fading away into particles of reiastu. His eyes beginning to close, and his mind beginning to fade away. "I guess since we both passed out... You win Kioshi..." Kuro said as he passed out from using all of his energy.

(I had no sleep last night and I was working all day.. I know this post sucks but after i get some rest... I should be posting well in the morning. Night guys!)
