Nodding at Kioshi the blonde girl smiled sweelty at him, 'well now ya met me Kioshi, you in a squad already?'. In Kaiyo's opinion it was never to early or late to get people to join her squad, the combat division was definately well known, but maybe not for as much as she'd want it to be. Kaiyo shrugged absent mindedly and reached down to Kaito, grabbing tightly onto his uniform with her right hand as she flipped him over casually. Replying to the few odd glances she got with a smile, 'I wanted to at least make sure he was still alive....plus he likes the clouds' she smiled, glancing back down to Kaito, he'd be fine again in five minutes.....maybe a tad longer.

'Free days aren't as fun anymore' she mused aloud. Granted Kaiyo was usually doing nothing, but that was simply her amazing ability to shirk her duties, but she was right, she'd become less active recently. Smirking, she winked at Ryouta, 'Well, i've had a bit, and my shoulders better now' she laughed, her previous fight with Ryouta really hadn't left her in such an overwhelmingly state. 'So since we all have a free day...wanna do something fun?' whether it followed the rules or not was slightly irrelevant, Kaiyo was bored, so it had be solved, and quickly, before she offered a 'friendly spar' to Kioshi.

Ryouta gripped his Zanpakuto and grinned. "I'm always up for a little fun. Let's go!" He assumed a defensive position.

"Yes, i'm in squad 5" Kioshi said cheerfully "And why not" Kioshi laughed

"Ara?.....why am I looking at the sky now? Did I move?" Kaito facing the the sky, but then he heard Kaito explain that she was checking to see whether he was alive and Kaito felt a warm fuzzy feeling spread through his body. Then once the feeling dissipated Kaito felt as if he were moving without actually willing himself to move, but it also wasn't his body. It hit him that this was what it was like to experience being drunk and so far Kaito didn't really have a problem as he felt himself crouch. A stupid grin spread across his face and his cheeks were red while he hiccuped many times as he angrily asked Ryouta, "Oi! What are you looking at? Baka!...you want some? Eh? Well do ya?" he said as he gestured to Ryouta with an angry finger. "It's dishonorable to raise your blade to strangers...so if you won't come then I will!" Kaito shouted and before he knew it he was dashing at Ryouta, but then he lost his footing in his drunken state and fell once again to the ground. "Ow...tha-that hurt..." the young shinigmi said as he rubbed his nose, but then his drunk glazed eyes immediately locked Ryouta in their sights once again. "It's all your fault!" he shrieked as he instantly flash stepped behind Ryouta's head and threw a perfectly executed roundhouse kick; the kick itself was powerful, but Kaito had also surrounded his leg with sharpened reiatsu so the kick had a cutting effect as well. If Ryouta were to get hit by such an attack, the lieutenant would receive an extensive gash wherever the kick struck the poor shinigami.

Kaiyo glared silently between both drunk Kaito, Ryouta and Kioshi. She didn't want to be the only one not fighting, she loved fighting, but Kaiyo couldn't help herself wondering if maybe the nest place to fight was somewhere away from the academy....or Natsumi sensei.

Kaiyo shrugged and glanced back to the ground where Kaito had been lying, naturally he had bounded off to attack Ryouta. Kaiyo giggled and shook her head happily, winking slightly at Kioshi as the small blonde girl quickly unsheathed her Zanpaktou, the sunlight catching her blade as it glinting into her eyes. 'I'm thinking all on Kaito' she giggled, watching as the drunken guy shot a damn powerful kick towards Ryouta. Bounding happily over to Kioshi Kaiyo turned away from Kaito and Ryouta for a moment, tilting her neck up at Kioshi, 'So what does squad 5 do again?' she puzzled for a moment.

Aimed at the head...ambitious, thought Ryouta. But ineffective, he thought as he ducked the kick. He sheathed his two Zanpakuto in one swift movement and uttered "Block!" Ryouta used his guarded hand to hit up at Kaito's leg. He timed it perfectly, and Kaito flipped over and again landed on his face. Ryouta placed his foot at the small of Kaito's back. "Hakuda's my specialty, Kaito-san...but of course this is friendly," he said as he took his foot off and jumped back about five feet. "But if ya'd like to continue, I'm happy to oblige," he said.

Ryouta sprang forward and aimed several kicks at Kaito. None of them landed- Kaito's drunken, unpredictable movement was working for him, and Ryouta was having difficulty adjusting. He tried a different tactic as he landed on the ground, and sprang at Kaito's legs. He planted his hands on the ground and used them to pivot in an attempt to trip Kaito up. But Kaito stumbled drunkenly backward and dodged the attack.

Ryouta backed off a little. Time to try somethin' different. Again, he sprang forward, but this time he sprang up as well; it looked like he was going to punch the drunken Kaito in the face. But instead, at the last second, his hand grasped Kaito's shoulder and Ryouta twisted around and wrapped his legs around Kaito's throat. He was hoping that in his drunken state, Kaito would do what most people instinctively do when they're being choked, and grab at whatever was choking them. Ryouta would then use this time to land a devastating blow to Kaito's temple, thus rendering him unconscious and winning the fight.

(Being drunk I shouldn't be hard to fight since all my abilities are pretty much halved except for speed. haha Ryouta, you stepped on my back? Come on now let's be civil here. Wait until I get sober haha)

"Ara?....where am I?" Kaito thought as his disorientated state momentarily lifted as he came to only to find himself in the clutches of Ryouta's choke hold, but then just as quickly as he regained his sanity he blacked out once again. His drunk body simply went limp in Ryouta's hold and he slept letting out helpless snores as drool began to drip from the corner of his mouth. As was anyone's natural reaction, Ryouta dropped the drunken body to the ground and the impact of striking the ground with his head awoke the drunk Kaito once again, "Tch...that really hurt..." he said as he rubbed his head with a hurt look in his eyes. Looking around to see what might have happened, his gaze stopped at Kaiyo, who was talking to some person that he wasn't sure that he had met before. Staggering both right and left, Kaito stood up shakily, "Oi...oi oi oi...what are doing talking to dat guy, lady?...I can make good conversation" he slurred together.

Rubbing his head again he stared at the sky, "Who are you people anyway?" he questioned out loud as he looked down at his feet with his fingers at his chin in a thinking manner and then he let out a scream. "Why am I wearing all black?! Why do I have a sword?! Could it be...I'm at a funeral?..." he asked as he stared around at the other shinigami that didn't seem to have any thing to say to him. Looking at the girl once again, yelled, "Stop laughing at me, lady!" as he bounded twice and was able to cover the distance between himself and the girl. Grabbing her small body he lifted her over his head and attempted to throw her to the ground, but then sleep passed over him again as he continued to hold Kaiyo up in the air over his head. Somewhere in Kaito's consciousness he realized that he had to get some sort of hold of himself because he knew he would have to deal with the embarrassing story later on.

"Well squad 5 speiclizes in kidou." Kioshi said looking at the girl being held in the air "Like this" Kiosih said while he put his finger onto the drunkish shinigami's chest "Bakudo 4: Crawling Rope." And he watched as the light rope began to rap around the man

Kaiyo shock was written across her face, the blonde girl giggled in surprise as kaito lifted her above his head then fell asleep. Of course Kioshi's Kido spell was slightly helpful, as the binding ropes gently wrapped around Kaito the blonde girl leapt with ease out of his hands, landing gracefully back next to him as she tilted her head in silence up at the man for a moment. Spinning around on the ball of her foot to Ryouta, 'That could have been bad Ryouta, you got Kaito drunk' she pointed at the 2nd squad Lieutenant in a jokingly serious manner.

Still smiling Kaiyo turned back to Kioshi, 'Thanks' she beamed happily at the guy, despite how she felt about Kido....which was, well she hated it, but that seemed irrelevant at that very moment in time. Kaiyo took a step back from Kaito and smiled into his eyes, calling over Ryouta as she did, 'So if he doesn't get any better, all on Kaito?...Or does he get Kioshi on his team as well?', Kaiyo was smiling, but she was in fact quite serious about her suggestion.

"Bad?" Ryouta said. "I don't think so. He's way more entertainin' now than he was before, hehehe." He giggled a little longer than he normally would have; apparently, alcohol was beginning to affect his emotion a little.

"But ya know..." Ryouta thought aloud. "I haven't fought side-by-side with ya in a fight for a fair bit, Kaiyo. Sure. You and I against them two, hehehe." He laughed again gaily.

"I like kido too," said Ryouta to Kioshi. Ryouta pointed his finger at the pair of them. "Hado no Sanjuichi: Shakkaho!" A blast of red fire erupted from his finger. And then he said to Kaiyo, "I'll go up top, ya cover the ground, k?" Ryouta leaped high into the air and began flinging down Shakkaho spells at a high rate of fire, sending them crashing into the ground around the two.

However, the places he was throwing the spells weren't arbitrary; slowly but surely they were weakening points around a large tree behind them. The ground gave way suddenly, and there was a series of extremely loud snapping noises as the tree's roots snapped free of the ground. It plummeted toward Ryouta's opponents. "I'm gonna up the ante, k? Sokatsui!" Ryouta began raining blue fire down upon his two opponents.

As the tree began to fall on Kioshi and his new found teamate, Kioshi said "Hado 1: Thrust" and the tree flew over the other way. Turning to the rain of fire Kioshi said "Hado 8: Repulse" and watched all the fire expload on the shield, then jumped back and above the shield, pointed at Ryouta and said "Hado 4: Pale Lightning"

Kaito awoke still in a drunken stupor with small ropes of kido wrapped around his being; with a yell the drunk shinigami broke free of them without having to use any reiatsu, but it was also then that he spotted the shinigami he didn't know (Kioshi) engaging Ryouta. "Oi...oi...that's my prey...just what the hell man?" Kaito asked with raised hands and then he quickly flash stepped between the shinigami and the grasped his finger, "You shoot there..." he said with his eyes still half open from being in a stupor. The young third seat had been trying to aim at Kaiyo, but he didn't shift the attack far enough so the lightening attack partially singed his shoulder as it flew towards the girl. "Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot!" he yelled as he rolled on a layer of reiashi that he had unconsciously created in mid air. Pointing at Ryouta, he quickly leaped at the shinigami in a flying kick attempting to knocking him off balance, "Achoo!" Kaito yelled as he kicked at the surprised Ryouta.

"Another time then Ryouta."Kioshi said, then faced his new opponent. The young girl stood there smiling, Kioshi couln't figure out why. Kioshi then pointed at the young girl not wanting to hurt her and said "Bakudo 1: Restrain"

Kaiyo flash stepped quickly out of the way as Kaito moved Kioshi's attack towards her. She couldn't help giggling, it was such a funny event, so funny it was almost tempting Kaiyo to get drunk again, while she had very little control over herself whilst drunk and she hated the taste of Sake, she did like how it felt being drunk, so light on her feet and fast it was odd.

Kaiyo's arms were locked behind her back, the girl simply smiled back over to Kioshi, 'Come on, i really hope you can do better than that if we got paired together' she smirked happily. Kaiyo didn't even concentrate that much, stared absent mindedly up at the sky the blonde girl released a bit more of her reaitsu, the golden light dissolving the kido spell quickly as Kaiyo gripped tightly onto her Zanpaktou. pale blue scabbard was still held sturdily at her hip as Kaiyo's blade glinted in the sun. The blonde girl held out her Zanpaktou horizontally for a moment before turning it carefully in the sunlight, reflecting the blinding light into Kioshi's eyes for a moment before she flash stepped to behind the guy. Sweeping her leg at his feet Kaiyo turned her blade around and aimed at the centre of Kioshi's back with the hilt of her blade, not wanting to draw blood so soon. Kaiyo's heart was already racing, her air passages widening as she felt the exhilleration of battle rush through her body, awakening her senses.

Kioshi's hair was covering his face to were Kayio could only see his smile, and in a whisper kioshi said "Hado 4: Pale Lightning." The spell shot threw his shinigami robes toward his opponent, who all to much close.
