(OOC: Speed please) Kaito had been wandering through Karakura town when suddenly he fell into a sewer and he couldn't find any way out of the sewer no matter how hard he had tried. Obviously becoming stuck in a sewer wasn't the way that a person wanted to spend their illegal trip in the real world so Kaito was relatively bummed as he walked through the disgusting waste water that surrounded his feet. The smell of the sewer was so overwhelming that Kaito wanted to give up trying to figure a way out and just try to open up a Senkai gate even though it would mean that he would probably end up in a jail cell with the rest of the hoodlums. "Man...who knew that humans could be so filthy? Makes me wonder if I should protect them from hollows...at least those things eat their food completely" he quipped ruefully. It didn't bother Kaito that much that the sewers were dirty because he had come into Soul Society in the Rukongai area which was definitely not the cleanest area by any stretch of the imagination. He continued walking through the sewers when he finally saw a gleaming light and heard the rush of water so he assumed he had found the way out; he hadn't found the way out, but he was definitely pleased with his finding. Stepping warily he stepped into an open area that actually resembled something of a hot spring which threw Kaito for a loop because he hadn't expected to find something like this in the real world, but here he was. Taking in the nice air that seemed to be intoxicated with the relaxing aroma of peace and tranquility, Kaito walked deeper into where the actual springs where so he could have a look at the water. Looking into the water, Kaito realized that it was crystal clear as he stared deep into the water and saw the bottom with absolute ease, "Just what is a place like this doing here? Especially next to a sewer...I definitely don't agree with the mood of the place" he joked to himself. He could tell that the place was putting him at ease since he was joking so much when there really wasn't anything to be laughing about, but he couldn't help it as he turned around looked around the rest of the oasis that he had stumbled upon. It reminded Kaito of when he had done speed training with a bunch of senior, nearly picking a fight with the leader of their pack, but he also remembered that it was also then that he had learned to use shunpo for the first time albeit he still wasn't effective at it yet. As he looked around at the rocks, Kaito suddenly got the urge to start dashing around the rocks at high speeds so that he could get a feel of what it was like to have the warm, humid air of the springs rushing through his hair and over his muscled body. He was about to begin by using shunpo to get on top of one of the boulders, but then he thought about how hot it was going to get once he started moving so he removed the upper part of his kimono and readied himself for a dash through the area. Focusing reiatsu into the balls his feet in what had become second nature to him, Kaito half crouched as he smiled at the area in front of him that was just screaming for him to explore at high speed for no reason whatsoever. Gently pushing off the balls of his feet, Kaito found himself atop the nearest the boulder, but he didn't plant his feet or regain balance as he quickly reset himself and flash stepped over to the next to the spring that was located on the east most side of the springs that he had found. Quickly pushing off his left foot, Kaito attempted to dash across the entire body of water, but only made it about halfway with his flash step which made him smile because it confirmed that he really wasn't anywhere near the level of shunpo that he wanted to be at. Quickly expelling reiatsu through the balls of his feet as he landed so gently upon the surface of the water that only a small ripple was emitted from the spot where his toe had touched before he flash stepped again the rest of the length of the way thorough the body of water. Planting both feet in the ground, Kaito turned his head as he grinned to see what more he was capable of doing besides just basic flash stepping, "I wonder if I could somehow improve my flash step by inventing a knew form of the technique" he wondered. Pushing himself to new limits, Kaito exploded from the ground to the next boulder, but he didn't stop there as he flipped his feet to the air and planted his hand into the ground choosing to flash step in that position. Kaito trained his control over the shunpo technique in this manner for at a whole 3 hours without stopping once, everything from the slippery cavern walls to the surfaces of the steamy springs were part of his training field and Kaito actually enjoyed training this way because it allowed him to see the world at a different speed. Currently he was standing perpendicular to the cavern wall that was south of the entrance that he had come through and he began to fall off, but Kaito wasn't worried as he quickly formed a footing made from the reishi particles that he could gather from the area. Pushing off the footing, Kaito watched as his flash step made the descent down the wall look as if life were in fast forward and he was the one holding the remote. Channeling reiatsu through his body once more so that he could effectively slow down, Kaito landed gracefully upon the water and then quickly flash stepped to the bank that was closet to where he had landed. Through the mist of the spring it was easy to see that Kaito had yet to explore more than another hundred miles of the place that he had found hidden next to the sewers, "Well, if all human sewers are like this then I suppose getting lost in them is completely worth it..." he said jovially. It seemed that the fact that he was graduating pretty soon had taken a toll on his better judgment as he stripped his clothing and dipped into the pool with a relative sense of ease. "Next will be how to use shunpo in conjunction with my blade..." he said as he eased the aches and pains that came along with using shunpo as excessively as Kaito had. _________________

(Speed please. Judge as you see fit. thank you) After a nice soothing bath in the hot springs, Kaito decided that it was time that he started another obstacle course challenge to test out his maneuvering ability; he was curious as to just how fast he could really move, but he hadn't ever had the chance to test it. Kaito's naked being stepped out of the steaming water and droplets of the delightful bath spilled onto the rocky ground beneath his feet as if there was a miniature rain storm going on at his feet. After he finally got himself dry, Kaito began to contemplate what his next training session would be; now his training was simply because he knew he would be receiving tough missions and he wanted to be ready for them. As he was putting his shinigami robes Kaito had the strangest feeling that he was being watched by someone, but he didn't sense any reiatsu in the surrounding area. While most would have shrugged it off as misplaced paranoia, Kaito knew better than to think that as he quickly spread his consciousness to pick up any faint trace of reiatsu. As if sensing that they were about to be caught by Kaito's reiatsu sweep a small, frail boy stepped out of the shadows from where he were he had been hiding for quite sometime from what Kaito could tell, "Who are you?", Kaito asked as he watched the boy intently. Suddenly the boy raised his hands and the very rocks that surrounded him began to rise into the air at the same time Kaito sensed a huge spike in the boy's reiatsu akin to what he had felt when he had gone against the Quincies in an earlier mission. The boy waved his hand towards Kaito and the rocks flew towards Kaito at a speed even he couldn't perceive, but managed to avoid by flash stepping to the area that was directly behind the boy anticipating that the boy wasn't a masochist. Without turning the boy performed another hand gesture and the rocks around Kaito's feet began to rumble giving Kaito the signal to begin gathering reiatsu at the balls of his feet so that he could make his escape. The rocks rose up and attempted to crush Kaito in between them, but the talented shinigami managed to once again escape the dangerous situation through the use of shunpo. Suddenly the boy turned towards Kaito with a very angry look upon his face as he gathered more reiatsu into his being which Kaito could see as there was now a certain green tint that surrounded the boy indicated a huge amount of reiatsu. The rocks on the walls came loose with pieces of extra debris falling to the ground and Kaito stared in awe as more then 12 heavy slabs detached themselves from their places on the wall, "What the hell is this kid?" was all the that Kaito had time to think as the slabs abruptly launched themselves at Kaito not leaving him any time to come up with a strategy. A slab appeared directly above Kaito, its shadow quickly devouring his on own as it sped towards him with the hopes of impaling him viciously, but Kaito flash stepped to the right to avoid the speeding rubble. As he came to a stop he noticed another slab that was descending upon him at an angle with the same speed that the first one had, but since he was off balance he barely managed to avoid it crashing into him before he was able to flash step away towards the wall of the hot spring. Landing in a crouched position on the wall Kaito looked up to see that instead of one slab there were now two slabs making their way towards him with dangerous speeds, "This has to stop...what a troublesome brat" he murmured as he kept his eyes on the slab. He flash stepped down the wall and to the ground as the slabs crashed above him causing huge chunks of rock debris to come falling down towards Kaito leaving him no choice, but to flash step once again to avoid being crushed under the weight of falling rocks. Managing to just barely escape the cascade of falling rocks, Kaito turned his sights on the boy now even though there were still more stone slabs that the boy could throw at him if he tried to make any moves to attack the boy. Kaito stood at a respectable distance away from the boy and tried to have a talk with him, "Why are attacking me, a shinigami, for no reason when you have no idea what you are up against?" he asked as continued to study the boy's demeanor. Before he could come up with any type of information to the boy's personality or even what the boy's ability was, another slab came careening towards him from his right and Kaito had to flash step into the air to avoid being crushed. Looking at the rest of the slabs that the boy had left at his disposal made Kaito feel a little better since the boy only had a few more large slabs to throw at him which meant that he would have the opportunity to close in on the kid possibly stopping any further attacks. Against all odds the boy's reiatsu increased yet again, this time it made the boy's reiatsu almost as strong as Kaito's when he was at full power, "W-where is all his power coming from?" Kaito wondered as he stared in disbelief at the boy's growing power. Suddenly the slabs of rock that had been floating in the air began to crack and Kaito knew that he was most likely in for a terrible endeavor; he didn't know whether to make his move on the boy or to wait and see what would happen to the rocks. The rocks crumbled into smaller pieces and Kaito could see the grin on the boy's face as he brought his hands together which didn't seem very reassuring to Kaito at all. The small, jagged pieces of rock whistled through the air towards Kaito and he readied himself to avoid the first wave as he tried to think of a strategy to make his way out of the mess. Ducking and then leaping over a pair of concrete pieces that could have left gaping holes in his body Kaito gritted his teeth as he watched the kid when he could get a glimpse in between dodging the rock blades that were flying at him, "I have to figure out that kid's ability...and fast" Kaito thought as he flash stepped to the left and rolled on the ground to avoid a few more attacks. _________________

(Speed please. Thank you once again judges) Another speeding barrage of fragments came raining towards Kaito once again, but this time he managed to avoid by simply leaping from one cliff edge to another as the cluster of jagged pebbles that the boy controlled crashed into the spring's wall. It seemed that he hadn't been in the place for too long when the boy had suddenly sprung out of nowhere and decided to attack him for no specific reason, "Just who the hell is this boy and how does he have this power?" Kaito kept thinking as he barely avoided another cascade of rocks. Since Kaito hadn't ever intended to use his full speed to combat the boy he was a bit vexed when he realized that there was no other way that he would actually be able to get close to the boy without using his full speed. Not did he only hate being forced to exert himself, but the other problem with him using his maximum speed was that it took up a great deal of reiatsu to continue to move at such high speeds at a continuous rate. Cursing under his breath, Kaito closed his eyes as he sensed another attack from the boy closing in on him fast, but he didn't flinch or hesitate as he gathered reiatsu throughout his being in preparation for the intense strain that it would be put under very shortly. The rocks came closing in on Kaito causing an incredible ruckus as the boy's reiatsu seemed to flare around this specific assault, but even sensing all these things Kaito didn't twitch a single muscle awaiting for the time that his body would be fully acclimated to the level that he was about to perform. It seemed as if the rocks were going to crush the young shinigami who continued to peacefully stay perched on the north wall of the spring in a perpendicular fashion with his eyes closed and the boy who was wielding let out a laugh thinking that he had won. As the rocks came so close to Kaito's head that he could actually feel the presence of the rocks themselves, Kaito opened his eyes with a smile on his face and the bamboo blowpipe at the right corner of his mouth. He flashed stepped directly behind the boy with ease; upon landing, his shikakushou flowed around him as he stepped lightly on the ground preparing to dodge another attack. Just like the last time that Kaito had attempted to strike from behind the boy raised his reiatsu and flung rocks at him with an even greater speed than before. Kaito's smile had faded into history as he gathered reiatsu into the soles of his feet with no visible effort and just when it looked as if the boy's attacks were going to make contact and strike him, Kaito's image seemed to have disappeared. In truth, Kaito had simply flash stepped directly above the boy where he remained suspended in mid air to see if he could wait for an opening that the kid would provide through making a simple bone headed mistake, but to his surprise the boy seemed to be able to sense reiatsu. Cursing under his breath Kaito allowed himself to fall towards the ground where the boy was, but the boy chose to counter attack the 3rd seat squad member with an upstream attack of the brick sized dagger-rocks. Kaito twisted his body to the left within a matter of nanoseconds as he just barely escaped one of the pieces slicing open his face, but there were still many more pieces like the one he had just dodged that came racing towards him. Sighing as he watched the rocks rush up towards his suspended being, Kaito decided that it was no longer the best course of action to try and attack the boy with an aerial attack that was based directly above his head. Flash stepping so that he landed directly underneath the boy's line of vision in a crouched position, Kaito noticed just how young the boy was and he also noticed that the boy was indeed human despite the incredible power that he possessed in terms of fighting. The boy glanced down at Kaito with a shocked look on his face as the fact that Kaito's speed was truly a factor that was insurmountable for the boy even with the special powers that he had, "H-how can you do that? I should be able to kill you!" the shouted his anger causing his reiatsu to rise. Although the boy's reiatsu was no where near his own at the moment, Kaito realized that the boy's reiatsu was definitely on the same level as a normal 4th or 5th seat squad member's reiatsu would be. All Kaito wanted to do was to talk to the boy about his extraordinary abilities and to try discerning where the boy had come from, but before he could make any diplomatic attempt to calm the boy he was attacked yet again. Letting out a wild yell as if Kaito had done something horrible to the boy the kid waved his open palm down towards the ground and Kaito anticipating that it was the signal for some more rocks to come flying at him at dangerous speeds leaped backwards a few paces so that he would have more time to react. Skidding to halt some distance away from the screaming boy, Kaito noticed that the veins in the boys hands had begun to visibly bulge out and were throbbing as the boy's reiatsu continued to increase at a dramatic rate with no sign's of going down at all. "What is going on here...?" Kaito said in awe as he watched the boy begin to literally tear at the very center of the hot springs and it caused to the place to shake violently as if some huge beast was trying to grab a piece of land from the center of the place. Suddenly the ground directly beneath the boy began to shatter into large pieces that would float upwards and then remain suspended above the boy for some reason, "I've got a bad feeling about this...I need to get that crazy kid to calm down..." Kaito thought. He didn't know what more to do in terms of peaceful tactics since the boy was actually strong enough to force him to attack backwards which was not something that he relished at the moment, but he didn't have anymore time to think as the pieces of rock began attaching themselves to the boy's fragile body. In a few short moments the boy's arm was completely covered with the pieces of rock and then a green light erupted from underneath the rocks causing the excess debris to fall to the ground as the rock melded to the arm in order to give a more detailed fit. Not even getting time to respond, Kaito flipped over the boy's arm as it came crashing towards him with reckless speed, but to his surprise he saw another huge rocky fist flying towards him and he just barely managed to escape the deadly assault by flash stepping to the area by the hot water springs he had found. "This is going to be long and difficult even with my full speed..." Kaito complained as he began to show signs of fatigue from using his full speed. _________________

(Speed please. Thank you judges for all your help. Also I would like to say welcome back Saroki once more. A little public announcement. haha) Kaito's breathing had increased dramatically since he had started fighting with his full speed, but even with his full speed attained there was no way that he could simply have kept half assing it if he was going to be able to subdue the kid whose power seemed to continue to increase no matter how much energy the kid put out. "This...this...is too much..." Kaito wheezed as he struggled to continue trying to catch his breath in the little bit of time that he had between the boy's attack; although he wasn't completely fatigued, Kaito was amazed at how much stamina the boy had. As he was staring at the boy reflectively he felt a couple of pebbles fall on his head and he looked up to see one of the boy's arms that was covered up in rocks at this point come crashing down upon him. Flash stepping away to the opposite side of the wall, Kaito immediately turned to look and see whether there was any chance for Kaito to counter attack the kid, but was shocked with another attack only inches from his body. Once again, Kaito managed to flash step away and landed near the boy in a running start as he continued to advance towards the boy, "Stop this now! There's no reason that we should have to fight! It's my job to protect people like you for Christ's sake!" he called out with an outstretched hand towards the boy. The boy whirled around with speed that impressed even Kaito and launched another rock embedded arm at Kaito boy only to miss by mere inches as Kaito leaped away from the crashing stone's of the boy's attack, "What a ridiculous amount of strength this kid has..." he said with a small grin on his face. He finally landed on top the hot water of the springs; using Hohou, Kaito prepared himself to dodge anymore attacks that the boy would throw at him, but at the same time he didn't want to have to use force against him. Kaito examined the boy's body language as he crouched atop the water waiting for anymore of the vicious assaults that the boy was capable of, but they never came and Kaito noticed that the boy's breathing had increased dramatically as he continued to watch Kaito. "Please...kid you don't have to keep fighting...there's no reason for you and I to continue battle..." Kaito tried to reason with the boy, but instead the young kid let out a roar along with a burst of reiatsu. Two huge rock arms shot out at Kaito as if they were deployed by cannon with their hands open and Kaito flash stepped into the air above the boy, but the boy managed to swing his arm up at Kaito, but he couldn't touch him. Kaito made his way back down to where the boy was still awaiting for him on the ground, "I had better be careful until I decide what to do with him...." Kaito figured as the kid threw another arm recklessly at him. Taking up another step before he flipped forward through the air, Kaito watched as the boy's expression deepened in one of madness rather than just the pained expression that he had been wearing most of the time during the fight, "The kid's demeanor seems to be decomposing as the fight goes on..." he observed. Suddenly there was a rumbling behind Kaito as he sailed through the air and he twisted his head slightly midway through his flip to get a view of the boulder that the kid had summoned from the wall behind him in an attempt to catch him between two attacks. Although Kaito could handle using shunpo more than he was letting on, he didn't want to make a habit of using it since he was pushing his limit as it was. Gathering his reiatsu into his feet, Kaito formed a platform of reishi particles under his feet which he used as a foothold to spring forward towards the ground with enough speed to avoid the oncoming boulder behind him without the use of much reiatsu. Crouching on the ground, Kaito realized that his speed wasn't the only thing that was increasing in this manner, but his reaction and foresight into battle was also increasing which was something that Kaito hadn't anticipated. Kaito watched as the boy's mood deteriorated even more as he watched Kaito evade his attacks again and again, but it was getting harder and harder for Kaito to come up with any other solution than to permanently take an offensive against the kid, but he wanted to avoid that. Deciding that he was going to continue to watch the kid for any chance to end things without killing the boy, Kaito got up from his crouched position just as the boulder came crashing into the ground. Dashing towards the boy he began to prepare for any movements that would indicate the boy's attacks, but even as he was racing towards the boy Kaito wondered how the boy could have such amazing stamina despite being as far as Kaito could tell a human albeit a superhuman. Suddenly the rocks dropped off of the boy's right arm and onto the ground as the boy's face broke into a deadly grin, "My name...is Yoki..." the boy said slowly as the raised his now normal hand towards Kaito with an open palm. The rocks that had just fallen off the boy seemed to clamor on the ground as if there was some sort of force causing them to react to something; the rocks shot into the air and hovered in the space around the boy whom had just called himself Yoki. Quickly skidding to a halt, Kaito watched the boy with narrowed eyes as he tried to discern whether or not the boy was stabilizing or if it was simply confidence that was providing a temporary calm before the boy's pysche completely broke into fragments not even Kaito could help with. Sighing he stared at the boy waiting for him to make the next move even though Kaito wasn't sure whether or not he would be able to stop the next assault since the boy's power seemed to be growing rather than going down. As Kaito had anticipated the boy's outstretched hand began to glow green as the rocks shot forth towards Kaito in turns as if it were a firing range where Kaito was the target, but it didn't matter since the speed of the rock projectiles was slow enough for his mind's eye to keep up with. He ducked under the first rock that came whizzing at his head and then he quickly stood up so that he could lean his body to the left as two more of the projectiles shot past him. The entire time he didn't take his eyes off of the boy as he continued to chew on his bamboo blowpipe in anticipation of the real onslaught and then just when he thought he had thought of everything that the boy could do, Yoki disappeared from his sight and Kaito felt a huge boulder like fist crash into his spine. _________________

(Speed please. Thank you judges.) Kaito could hear the boy's monstrous laugh as was sent sailing through the air by the force of the assault that the kid had launched at him, "Even when I was paying attention this kid managed to slip out of my sight and counter attack me with speed anyway..." he observed as he focused reishi particles into his feet. Using the particles as a foothold, Kaito finally regained control of his movements as he quickly spun to face the direction that the boy had struck him from, but when he turned around he saw that the boy was no longer present. Before Kaito could even spread his consciousness so that he could search for the boy through the use of reiatsu detection, he heard the crumbling of rocks along with the sound of a huge foot driving into the earth; it was the kind of noise made when someone was on the attack. Flash stepping straight up into the air, Kaito managed to avoid the boy's second strike at him with his huge boulder fist as he flipped over the boy with the front of his body facing down at the boy. "I didn't want to have to use force here, but it's getting to that point where I can't subdue him in any other manner..." Kaito began to fret as he watched the boy brace himself as he readied himself to go after Kaito once again which caused the third seat to sigh. Yoki screamed in both a laugh that displayed not only the malice that had taken residence in his heart, but Kaito could also see the sadness and confusion that plagued the boy as he threw his vicious claw of rock at Kaito body, "It seems that his speed has dramatically increased..." Kaito noticed. He quickly ducked underneath the swipe that Yoki had thrown his way when he leaped onto one of the rock walls to once again create distance between the boy and himself so that he would have time to think about how to deal with the current situation. It seemed that though Yoki was losing touch with himself that he still had some semblance of rationality as he correctly guessed at what Kaito's plan was so in order to thwart it the boy extended his claw to where Kaito was going to be not where he was. Gathering reiatsu into the soles of his feet he compressed them quickly as he leaped away from the wall only to watch as an unfriendly attack came racing upwards at him when he was in midair. "At that speed I don't think I want to risk trying to dodge it by flash stepping away..." Kaito told himself as he waited for the attack to close the distance and strike him as he rotated his body so that his feet were facing the ground as if he were standing in the air. The attack seemed to bring Yoki much pleasure since he believed that he had scored a vicious blow on Kaito, but Kaito himself showed no expression as he felt his feet touch the claw that had been thrown with deadly force at him, "Hopefully this works or I could end up like a bug on a windshield..." he hoped without much enthusiasm. Bending his knees as the attack made contact with his legs, Kaito was able to negate the destructive force that the attack had come at him with rather using it as a springboard from which he leaped into the air from with more speed that he could have hoped for. "Dodging stupid rock attack...Success..." Kaito said out loud as he looked upward towards the springs' ceiling rushing to meet him, but he wasn't afraid of getting attacked, but to his dismay he heard Yoki roar and then heard as an explosion of rocks erupted beneath him. The young shinigami's face slumped as he began to breakdown the possible scenarios of what could have happened below him before he actually looked and for the most part the scenarios didn't leave room for him to nap anytime soon which just irritated him. Looking down quickly Kaito saw the boy's small body sailing upward towards him with saliva dripping from the side of his mouth with a crazed look plastered on his face, "Probably going to fly above me and try to rain down numerous attacks with those arms of his..." Kaito guessed. Just as Kaito had predicted the boy flew upward past Kaito laughing the whole way up as if the world's funniest joke had just been told and Kaito laid back against the weightlessness of the air as he prepared himself for the descent back to the ground, "Why is it always me?" Kaito moaned. As he reached the peak of his leap into the air, Yoki raised his rock claw pointed downward at the young shinigami as rocks began to protrude from the palms and other areas upon the boy's arm that was covered in the rocks of the spring. "Well, fuck me..." Kaito said as he flipped downward so that the speed of the fall would increase which meant that he would have more momentum to work with as the many projectiles came raining down on him from the boy's arm from the very top of the springs basin. The first wave of the projectiles came down and one of them just barely grazed past the shoulder of Kaito's shinigami robes, yet it still was sliced although Kaito had leaned back to dodge the falling stalactite. A small trickle of blood came rushing out from near his shoulder area as he continued to float back down to the ground hoping that he would have the advantage on the ground since it leaves him with a completely endless amount of ammo to use against the young shingami The second wave of rock projectiles seem to approach Kaito at an even greater speed than the first one had so he tensed his muscles and sharpened his mind so that he could escape this endeavor without losing an arm or leg since it would be pretty troublesome to fight without those limbs. Opening his body away from where the first sharpened piece of rock hurtled towards the earth, Kaito prepared himself as the next one came flying at his head since wasn't sure if the attacks were guided upon striking him. "I see...so they are all just sharpened rocks that come down with amazing speed and are completely insensitive to motion..." Kaito said once gathered his thoughts enough where he didn't have to think about how he was going to dodge another attack. As another peice came down in a blur with its target set dead for Kaito's chest, but then the shinigami gripped it as it continued to push him downward towards the ground and it was easy to ear the evil laugh that Yoki let escape from his body from above. "You celebrate prematurely kid..." Kaito said as he pressed his hands into the rock and then using it as a push off, Kaito flash stepped behind the kid and he grabbed the boy's neck so that he could have found someway to take him out. _________________

(Speed please. Thank you judges) Kaito held onto the boy Yoki firmly so that there was no way that the boy could escape, "Now that I have you here, why did you attack me when I was simply taking a shower here?" he questioned the boy in a harsh tone that was not his generally the way he carried himself. It was simply the fact that the kid had completely ruined his relaxing bath in the hot springs so Kaito had every reason to be stern with the kid that was now trapped in his grasp, "...are you the only one here, kid? If you aren't and you don't tell me...there will be consequences..." he threatened with feigned seriousness. Yoki solemnly glared in front of him and defiantly refused to answer Kaito, but that wasn't all that Kaito' noticed; it seemed as if the boy was waiting for something and Kaito wasn't sure he wanted to find out what. A mixture of the steamy atmosphere of the hot springs and the anxiousness that the young shinigami was feeling incited a small amount of perspiration to appear upon his forehead as he continued to wait on the boy's answer. Just as he was about to try and coerce the boy once again, a noise could be heard coming from one of the tunnels which was quickly followed by a vibration that shook the entire area causing Kaito to lose his balance. In that moment, Yoki took the opportunity to counter attack the young shinigami as he was falling foward with a flying rock punch that seemed as if it would break Kaito in half if it had struck him, but Kaito managed to regain his footing fast enough so that he could lean just out of the way of the attack as it sailed past him. The surface of the boy's arm which was now covered in rock had jagged edges and since Kaito was just barely able to move out of the way of the attacks, the rocks scratched his skin slightly leaving small flesh wounds on the shinigami. Although Kaito was still worried now that the boy Yoki had escaped his capture, he was more nervous about the noise he had heard along with the tremor, "What was that? It sounds like something pretty big...and pretty bad..." he told himself. Yoki threw another off balance attack, but Kaito leaped over the attack with ease now that he had complete control of the fight between himself and Yoki, but he knew that there was something in the caves with them. When he landed he turned towards the cave, peering deeply to see if he could see anything that would give him an idea of what was going on around him, but then he heard the noise of rocks crumbling above his head. Looking up, Kaito saw that there was a massive boulder hovering above his head, "Damn kid...you should really learn to leave people alone when there are occupied with something..." he said through clenched teeth while he took off to his left. His foots made small tapping noises as the struck the ground with their bare skin propelling him forward as the shadow of the boulder began to increase in size as the boulder continued to accelerate towards the ground where Kaito was. Stealing a quick glance up at the boulder which had gotten considerably larger in size, Kaito realized that he wouldn't be able to escape it without using more of his spirit power which made him sigh in frustration since he felt as if he had already exerted himself a large amount in the fight already. Closing his eyes, Kaito gathered more reiatsu into the souls of his feet until he felt that he had enough and at the last second he pumped all of the reiatsu out at once shooting his body forward with even more speed than he had when he was sprinting. In the last seconds before the earth made impact with the ground below, Kaito managed to escape the boulder's encompassing shadow before it crashed devastatingly into the grounds of the hot spring. The force of the impact caused a gust of wind that forced Kaito to shield his eyes so that the debris from the ground didn't fly up into it; the young shinigami remained perched against the wall of the hot spring which was now gritty from the sand that had been flying around. As Kaito wiped away the grime from his face the small boy, Yoki came leaping out of a cloud of dust to his right with his arm cocked in a fist, or at least the boy's right arm which appeared to have returned to normal was cocked in a fist. "He seems to be running out of reiatsu...which means that I won't have to bother with him soon enough..." Kaito told himself as he leaned to the right and just out of the way of the boy's fist causing the young child to fly forward due his momentum. In truth, Kaito hadn't expected that the boy would last so long, but he had no choice except to continue avoiding the kid's attack since he didn't want to kill the kid at the same time for a human to possess so much power did leave him with a sour taste in his mouth. Kaito turned to see the boy panting on all fours as sweat dripped from his face, "As I thought...he has reached his limit...the rotten kid should have hit that a long time ago..." he griped silently. It was then that Kaito heard a sound nearby and in that instant he turned his head towards the sound only to hear the screech of Yoki's voice behind him along with a savage roar, but by the time he whirled his head back the boy had disappeared. All that was left of the small human's was blood spatters and from what Kaito could tell green saliva, but his observation time was quickly cut short as a green light could be seen through the smoke that was still clearing and it was heading for Kaito. The third squad officer threw his head backwards, bumping his head against the wall in the process and barely managed to dodge the attack that had been made on him, but as he landed flat on his back a small pile of rock hit him in the face. Clutching his nose in pain, Kaito wavered as he rose to his feet, "Shit that was more painful that it needed to be...this experience is really among the worst I have had since I have been in real world..." he complained in a nasally tone. As he raised his eye to the smoke ahead of him, he just caught sight of a claw flying towards his head and the only reaction he had was to duck which forced the claw into the rock beneath him giving Kaito the chance to see who his attack was, "What the hell..." he muttered as he stared with furrowed eyes at the being. _________________
