*Leden walk on to the track wearing his runner shorts. It was a nice sunny day with little to no wind. The air had nice fresh smell on this day. Leden looked down the track it was a straight shot. He looked back at the gunner. It was a strange looking contraption that shot disk form a slot on its side *

PULL

*yell Leden . There was a cocking sound and then a bang as the gunner shot a black disk in to the air down the trace. Leden took off after it. The muscles in his massive cafes bulged as he sprinted down the track as fast as he could. Focusing on channeling his power in to his legs. He was a yard or so behind the disk.


*Leden leaped in to the air with his left arm stretched out but he had jumped too late and missed the disk. He fell back down landing hard on his feet. The gunner had slid down the track to meet him *

Ok so let’s try this again ….Pull
*There was another **** and bang as another disk flew down the track . Leden took off once more down the track. Once more focusing his spirit energy in to his body. Speeding up his movements.

*Leden leaped in to the air with his arm out stretched. He had jumped to soon and the disk smaked in to his forearm 8

*Leden fell to the ground landing on his Bottom .*


*He got up off the ground rubbing his throbbing forearm he looked over at the gunner as it slid next to him*

*The gunner cocked and there was a bang as it shot another Disk in to the air spinning down the track. Leden took off down the track. There was a fire and his eyes as he focused his energy in to this running. the area around him seem to blur slightly as he ran after the disk *



*He jumped up and extended his left hand. his fingers wrapped and round the black disk . A strong feeling of accomplishment filled him as he landed *

Interesting way to train, creative ^_^ +1 to Speed.

Leden walked in a special training grounds. The room was set up with tall pillars about 5 to 6 feet apart and varying in height from 10 to 7 feet tall. The purpose of this excised was to push the length of his Flash step and increase his stamina. As of now he was averaging at 6 to 7 feet tops. He could pull of about 6 to 10 before becoming over come with fatigue. Leden stretched a few times before jumping up on to a pillar that was 6 feet tall. He was ready to start.

Leden focused his sprit energy in to his body. Time slows down before his eyes as he forces his body forward and up to a pillar. He landed with both feet and then turned left stepping down to the right to a lower pillar. His left foot touched down and he forced himself forward to a pillar 8 ft away. He could feel his body being crushed under the presser of the sprit presser. He landed on the pillar and fell to one Knee. Sweat covered his face. His breathing was extremely heavy. He clutched his chest.

I cannot be this weak, this slow, I can be faster I know it …I have to push myself to the limit if I am to become the best.

Leden stood up started to focus his sprit presser once more in his body once more. He stepped forward aiming for a pillar to the left of him. His right foot touched the pillar and he pushed left and up. He felt a snap in his presser he came flying out of the flash step and flew right in to the side of the pillar he was aiming for. He started to fall backwards to the ground. Time seemed to slow down as he feel

Just before hitting the ground Leden did one more flash step. He turned around and landed on his feet and not his back stumbling back to the wall. Blood was pouring down from his forehead. He sat down and slowly closed his eyes as his vision faded.

Today was different for Leden had set up Kido Guns all around . They had been set up with auto aim and as soon as Leden activated them they started to fire at him.

Leden back flip 3 times landing on a pillar of each flip. The bolts of energy hit each pillar a half a seconded after he flipped off it. On when he hit the third pillar he jumped up and ran up the side of a 15 foot pillar. The bolts were hot on his tail leaving trail of burn marks behind him. He front flipped on to the top of the pillar. Weaving left and right he dodged a bolt from his left, then one from his right side, and one aimed right at his head. He then jumped backwards in to a corkscrew off the pillar dodging 3 bolts that were aimed at him from his back front and left. The top of the pillar seemed too exploded.

Leden landed on a on his left foot on to a 5 foot pillar. He focused his spirit energy in to his body for now the IA system had kicked in. Leden jumped back moving left and right dodging to guns that were blocking off his forward escape. To the necked eye it looked like he was flashing in and out of sight. The two guns were pushing him back in to a wall. Leden flash stepped 6 feet upward but the guns were one step ahead of him and he was grazed on the left arm by a bolt. He jumped right off the pillar free falling to the ground holding his left arm. Flashed stepped 7 feet up to the right on to a 12 foot pillar. He back flipped with his right arm.

He was starting to reach his limit and it seemed the guns were getting faster. But he knew he was getting slower it mattered not. He jumped up in to the air looking down on the room. Many of the pillars were smoking. All the guns aimed at him. He flew down to a 15 foot pillar dodging a massive wave of fire. Landed on his right foot and pushed forward flash stepping to a nearby pillar. As he landed on his left leg he was blasted in the chest . the AI system had once more been a step a head . Leden went flying in to the wall and fell to the ground. His vision Faded to black

The purpose of this excised was to push the length of his Flash step and increase his stamina. As of now he was averaging at 7 to 9 feet tops. He could pull of about 8 to 9 before becoming over come with fatigue. Leden stretched a few times before jumping up on to a pillar that was 9 feet tall. Leden had set up Kido Guns all around the room. They had been set up with auto aim AI system and as soon as Leden activated them they started to fire at him. His goal was to grab a flag protected by the guns.

Leden ran forward moving left dodging avoiding an incoming blast. He charged at the guard guns but was cut blocked by on coming fire from his right and left. He stopped short and back flipped 3 times barley avoiding blast from defending guns. On the 3rd flip he landed on his left and stepped with his right moving to left. As he ran bolts of fire behind him hitting the ground a half a seconded after his foot left the ground. The guns were aiming to trap him as he ran forward a gun was aiming to fire right in his path

Dame I made this system to smart for my own good

The gun fires right at leden’s chest. Acting fast Leden jumped in to the air. The increase in gravity made this jump extremely hard. Unable to maintain himself in the air Leden hit the ground hard and rolled to his feet. He ran as fast as he could to the guard guns. His body was becoming heaver the longer he spent in the room. He made a final jump for the flag. The 5 guard duns came on and fired at him at close range. Leden flashed stepped to the right forward then to the left forward. He ducked his head dodging the 3rd bolt and flashed stepped forward reaching out for the flag. There was a flash of red light. Leden flew back from the flag about 20 feet before hitting the ground and sliding another 8 feet.


Dame that hurt …I didn’t know there was a 6th gun right in front of the flag …clever system

Leden had taken a blasted right in the chest. He was drenched in his own sweet

I have to be smart about this Leden thought as he jumped back on to his left leg then his right zig zaging across the floor dodging the 1st waves of incoming bolts. Leden landed back on his right and jumped up in to the air forward over a blot of fire. He slid side to side as the guns keep on him landing on the ground on his left hand tuning it in to a front flip. So far so good. Leden picked up his feed and ran full force to the left of the guard guns.

The panels on the walls open up and 3 start shaped disk came flying out. They made a slight whistling sound as the soared threw the air locking on to Leden . What the hell is this ….I did not put them on this Lv. Leden said to him as he ducked under one of the stars. He turned to the right altering his course to provide himself with more dogging room. The stars followed him 2 on his left and one on his right.


This is not going to end well

The right star cut in at his side as the left star cut in at his neck and the other at his legs .Leden thinking fast stopped short . The stars attacks missed him but only a fractions of his hair and ran straight at the guard guns as the stars followed behind him. He was pulling all his energy in to his legs as he ran. He zig zaged left and right avoiding the oncoming fire. The stars where wizing right behind him.

Leden was coved in sweet for the gravity was starting to take its toll on him. His legs were starting to ace since he had not fully healed up form the last time he tried to get the flag. His eyes focused on the flag I can do it I know I can. He said to himself as sweet flew of him as he jumped in to the air to grab the flag. The he was dodging the guns with his flash step .

The hidden gun aimed up at him but this time he knew it was there. Leden flashed step as it fired at him. The 3 stars flew right in the bolt and one of them hit the hidden gun causing an explosions. Smoke filled that sections of the ring . a ball of smoke broke off from the huge cloud arcing in the air and falling to the ground. The ball his the ground and as it cleared leden was standing there with the flag in his hand. he was covered in smut and had a few burns on his arm. He fell to a knee
