Sai had just gotten out of bed, the sun just barely visible. He got up out of his bed and headed outside. As he went outside and felt the cool air on his face. He looked around and saw no one near him so he went back inside and put on his sandals then went back outside. He went outside and started to jog around the Seireitei. It was about noon when he got back to his house. He stopped there not felling tired so he decided to try out a technique called shunpo that was said to allow a soul reaper to run faster then normally. He got in a normal running position and started to run again. As he began he concentrated a little of his spiritual pressure and focused it onto his feet and then things got blurry as he saw walls past him. He stopped and looked behind rembering where he started and where he was now. “Wow so this is what shunpo can do hugnh better practice more” he said to himself as he turned and started to run again doing what he had just done but putting more spiritual pressure on his feet and using it to run faster. After several hours passed he arrived back at his house completely drained “dang using shunpo takes a lot out of me oh well” he said as he went back into his house and went to sleep.
