Shin lingered through the dummies, his speed training had begun. He was using the dummies as obstacles to run in between. He liked doing this because the dolls were never in straight lines and once or twice Shin had pulled his Zanpakutou out and destroyed some dummies so some would come at random places. Because of that Shin must have tripped atleast 5 times. He stopped after a couple hours and returned to the Academy.

As Shin had finished his Zanjutsu training, he followed by some Hohou, the art of speed. Shin had ambitions to be a great fighter, speed and strenght were is focus. He wanted to surpass everyone. He had gone to see the Academy desk, seeking upcoming races. Races in Seireitei meant 1 week of running and training at the same time. Anything was allowed in the race, there was a simple goal, get to the finish line before the others. In a race you needed to simply run a certain distance, sometime find objects to complete a key and then be able to finish and since his first years at Seireitei Shin wanted to do one.

At the desk was an man, mid-forthies Shin thought, before approching the man. 'Is there any upcoming races sir?' The man, reading a book and feet on the desk he directed his eyes to Shin and then brought them back to his book. Shin, thinking he was going to be ignored was going to ask again when the man brought his feet down, dropped his book and handed him a flyer. 'Any questions boy?' The man asked. He quickly looked over the flyer and nodded in a negative way and then left.

The flyer on it a date and location only. Nothing else. Shin was simply going to wait until the time came and then go, suddenly the flyer started to glow and a small paragraph appeared.

It's a nice post but it dosn't actualy cover him training on his speed. It is however a good post as to set you up for easily making posts that will be able to give you points.

Shin woke up by the laughter of his sisters. They were in their room, being twins, laughing extremely loud at a very early age. Even though they were at the complete other end of the hallway, atleast 10 meters, he could hear them and so woke him up. He left his room in an under-shirt and knee lenght boxers and walked slowly, sleepy towards their room. He knocked on the door and left unanswered. He then grabbed the handle and spun it thus entering the room. He found his sisters naked on the ground laughing because a small dog couple had entered the room and were licking them in laughter. His sisters were atleast two hundred years older, he yelled out 'Would you shut up! Hey... I think I saw those dogs somewhere? Oh ya! The fucking dumpster looking for something to eat! Oh and I saw something else to, you two! Now shut up and let me sleep!' He slammed the door and, as he did earlier, walked slowly and in a sleepy way.

He woke a couple hours later by his alarm clock. He got up, dressed himself not in his Shinigami uniform but well in a running uniform. He walked downstairs and filled a bag with porvision, he left a small note saying where he was going to be. He ran out and then jogged towards the designated area for the race. Going there he stopped at different houses and people always came out, dressed about the same. Shin's team was fully assembled when they arrived at the needed area.

He had gotten 3 different Navigators that had all together bought a big ship with weapons and other. He had also over 30 Shinigamis ready to fight anybody that threaten his race victory. He had two other which were cooks. He was ready for the race.

BTW he doesn't run a lot in teh first post but those run so I at minimum deserve .5 and for this post 1, cause he runs for the area. Its up for you to decide but 1.5 for bought would be appropriate for what I think.

Ok for the second post your right it is +1 point for speed, for the first im still iffy. If you could edit in him say doing some exercises and running a little in anticipation maybe then ill go ahead and give you +1 for that one as well.

OCC: I will keep my previous post but I don't want to post to get some minor points and this could take long. So screw the run.

Shin ran through the Academy Dummies, one by one, often punching or kicking them so they would break. He was then intercepted by three boys, all in there teen aging years. They were massively big and stood very close to Shin. Shin was both scared and ready to fight. 'They probably already have fully unlocked there Shikai. ****.', [/color=gray]'Your not so far from that either Shin. I feel my power growing!'[/color]

Shin did not know the intentions of the boys and so, he took a step back. He later regretted that step back, another boy, which had been unknown of his presence to Shin, was standing behind him. Shin, using his speed, used his Shunpo and jumped to the side, avoiding any attempts to hurt him by the boy behind him.

He drew his Zanpakutou and activated his Shikai. His body took grayer toned and finally Shin was a complete Cloud. He formed his Zanpakutou in his hand and then ran at the group. He stabbed on of the boys in the arm and attempted the same thing on the other. His blade was blocked and Shin was thrown backwards. Two of the boys came chasing after him; Shin was quick enough to block one hit but the second hit was almost deadly. His cloud abilities allowed him to make his body hollow and the blade pass through.

He Shunpoed behind the second one and slashed his back, wounding him badly. Two were still standing. The closest one ran towards Shin and attempted a forward lunge but failed, it was easily parried from Shin's side and the replied with a upward slash, cutting open his chin. Blood started flowing out and the boy let a scream out.

The other one, standing much further, was probably the leader, making him stronger and seemed older.
'Em losers were worthless anyways. (He spitted out what seemed like spit, though completely black) Im 'a take you out ma'self!'
He pronounced a small sentence followed by a shining light. It was coming from his Zanpakutou of whom he had wielded. It then transformed into three different animals. One male Alpha dog, one male Alpha Wolf and one male Polar Bear. Shin was ready to take these beasts on. The three beast sent themselves after Shin but were to slow. They were all sliced up before they even reached Shin.

Shin was found behind the boy, Zanpakutou against his throat. 'Leave now and I'll spare your pitiful life!' Shin let go of the boy and the boy ran off. 'Has a full level Shikai and it sucks! What a fucking loser!'

Shin continued running through the dummies, increasing his endurance and speed each time.
