Sorry if someone has asked this question before, but I'm new here and can't seem to find the answer.
What effects do the stats have on our characters? I know about needing to fill certain requirements in order to get a seat position or increasing our powers, but do the stats have an effect on battling?

They effect the way you can write you're character without an admin deleting your posts and banning you for god modding.

alright. sounds good to me. i've just gotten tired of rps that are more like rpgs is why i asked. they make stats effect every part of the battle. :/

yeah i know what you mean it does suck when they take the stat system too far but i was thinking the same as you when i joined and i've found this system too bee a preety good medium

Stats are basicly just a guideline, thats all really. They let you know, in comparison to another player, what you should and should not be able to do. I mean a guy with 12 Speed Vs a guy with 24 will NOT be faster.

I was wondering, can you do anything in battle that would increase your intelligence stat. Like study an opponent, use a brillant plan or something?
