Ok so i was looking at kaiyo's bio to get a description of it's sword and abilities for our fight, when i saw that she had taken upon the stat boosts granted by achieving shikai and then bankai stage.

I was just wondering would i be eligable to recieve the stats for the hollow evolution stages at this point in time (it would seem from kaiyo having recieved those stats that i should be) despite having chieved them before the change over?

Thanks to either sal or elven (or both?) for taking a look over this when they have time (as i know they will )

Ok so for my peace of mind, are the stats attributed due to the raising of hollow rank passive stats (as in the don’t get added to your scores but are still taken into effect) As mine would still be the same as before yet sal added the vasto lorde ability of boosting stats in my bio.

Next thing I need resolved for my precious peace of mind is, for the hollow bonuses would I just be eligible for the vasto lorde stat boosts or would I be able to get the accumulated stat boosts of the stages of progression?



I did a little write up of my stat scores and possible ways they could look.

As they are.

Spirit power: 35.5

Speed: 16

Inteligence: 13

Kidou mastery: 10

Fighting skill: 25.5

Overal: 100


With Only the vasto lorde boosts added.

Spirit power: 39.5

Speed: 20

Intelligence: 13

Kidou mastery: 10

Fighting skill: 29.5

Overall: 112




With accumulated bonuses of all hollow progression stages.

Spirit power: 44.5

Speed: 18

Intelligence : 8

Kidou Mastery: 15

Fighting skill : 34.5

Overall: 117

You don't get the accumulated stats points from earlier stages. So you'd only get the Vasto Lorde boost.

Ah sounds good. And as for the first question it was meant like, is the stat boost an ability that grants the stats and they will be taken into efect in battle but not actually added to the stats in the bio.

Ahhh i get ya now (i think). The stat boosts are passive, basically they take effect in battle. Like if this was a RPG, as soon as the fight began the effects of the Vasto lorde ability would be in effect without having to be activated.

Good stuff, i thought as much.

So that means that as soon as i go into batle with my 16 speed +4 from boost i can sonido?
