| Its not just a matter of it being above 200 words it has to show cause for the stat increase so a bunch of chit chat and two lines of actual training won't cut it. And yeah you can gain stats in any thread in the RP forums. |

| What specifically needs to be displayed in a post to warrant an increase in Spirit Power? The other stats seem pretty self-explanatory, but even after reading through other people's posts dealing with this I'm still a little unsure what my character needs to do to gain a stat increase in Spirit Power. |

| Hmm i'm going to give a little Bio 101 here. Body Building is done by the lifting of extremly heavy weights, which basically tears at your muscles and damages them. The a rest period is taken on those muscles and it is in this time the muscle reforms, the muscle having reformed after being torn up reforms with a new strength and often greater size. Apply this principal to gaining spirit power. Also another way to increase your spirit power would be to have your character over come mental obstacles in the way of them relising their full potential. | Yes you can, however it can mess up the consistency of you're character time line. Like when did this happen versus that. I don't do it because I've found it gives me a headache when i try to piece it together. |
