Saroki layed on the small hill, looking up at the grayish clouds passing her by in the sky, her arm spread out. It's going to rain soon..." She muttered to herself, the soft breeze constantly hitting her body, the grass around her swaying in the wind, so peaceful..Saroki was sent to the human world to kill ten hollows, it had seemed their numbers have been increasing. Saroki sighed slightly, she didn't have the time to enjoy nature. Suddenly a rain drop fell from the sky and hit her forehead, the raindrop dripped off of her forehead and onto the ground, the Sky's once peaceful clouds now formed a large blanket of overcast. Rain fell from the clouds, Saroki quickly jumped to her feet as it seemed a storm swept into the area, Saroki looked behind her, the city in which she was stationed at. She quickly traveled to the city, the city was filled with spirit energy, making it hard to find hollows. Saroki jumped building to building, she finally stopped at a tall building, she looked around the area hoping to spot a hollow. As she searched her surroundings she sensed a strong spiritual pressure closing in on her from behind, Saroki quickly unshieved her zanpakuto and spun around, though it was too late, a large arm slammed into her stomach. The impact threw her into another building, Saroki crashed into the wall creating a large hole, she stumbled to her feet trying to identify the large shady figure, as the dust cleared the figure became defined, it was a large hollow, Well at least the hollow spared me the trouble of having to find it She thought to herself, grinning slightly.

The hollows body structure was strange, the hollow seemed more humanoid than most, the hollow suddenly appeared in front of Saroki using sonido, it then attempted to slash it's claws into Sarokis flesh. She managed to block the attacks with her zanpakuto, Saroki then countered the hollows attack by attempting to thrust her zanpakuto into the hollow, as the blade pierced through the air the hollow swiped the zanpakutos blade with it's left claw throwing it off to the right, Saroki was amazed at the hollows speed, she was left completely open. The hollow then thrusted it's right claw into Sarokis stomach, the claws of the hollow ripped through Sarokis flesh, causing many internal wounds. Sarokis eyes widened as excruciating pain filled her body, Saroki jumped back a few dozen feet hoping to get a chance to recover. The hollow wouldn't allow that, using sonido it circled Saroki occasionally attempting to slash Saroki with it's claws, Sarokis wound bled heavily, soaking her uniform in blood, Saroki kept blocking these attacks, but she couldn't keep it up forever. Saroki focused harder on the hollows movements, the hollow extended it's left arm attempting to slice into Saroks is back with it's claws, Saroki quickly spun around and grabbed the hollows arm with her left hand. I got him! Saroki grinned as she raised her zanpakuto above her head, she then slashed the hollows right shoulder, the small barbed spikes on the blade lodged themselves into the hollows shoulder causing enormous pain.

The hollow screeched in pain, it then escaped Sarokis grasp, using sonido the hollow ran away, Saroki sighed, she could still sense the hollows spiritual pressure, but should she really go after the hollow with her wound? She covered the wound with her hand, it was still bleeding heavily, and her vision was blurry. Saroki took some bandages out and covered the wound, That should stop the bleeding... She thought to herself.

Saroki closed her eyes and focused on the hollows reiatsu, it was fadeing quickly, but she could still feel it. Saroki quickly opened
her eyes and bursted forward towards the hollows reiatsu, she jumped through a broken window out into the city, the hollow was
on the ground. Saroki thrusted her zanpakuto into the side of a large building, she then started falling, her zanpakuto slowing down
the fall. She saw the hollow, it was running on all fours, "Hey! Stop!" Saroki shouted out at the hollow knowing
it wouldn't understand. Saroki pointed her left index finger at the hollow, "Hado four, pale lightning!" A bolt of
white lightning shot out from her finger, the kidou pierced the hollows left ankle, it tripped and fell onto the ground. Saroki quickly made
it to the sidewalk, she ran towards the hollow, gathering reiatsu at her feet to boost her speed. The hollow stood back up and kept running
, Saroki following, "Damnit! I'm sick of this! Hado two, reel!" She yelled out, the hollow was pulled in close to her,
Saroki attempted to slash her zanpakuto into the hollows mask.

Sparks flew everywhere as the hollow moved it's claw in front of her zanpakuto, blocking Saroki's attack, she quickly pulled her zanpakuto
back, she then unleashed a fury of slashed and thrusts, attempting to kill the hollow. Saroki's reiatsu grew stronger and stronger as she
kept sending a barrage of attacks at the hollow, in which the hollow kept blocking with it's claws, Saroki's zanpakuto was a blur, a manic/malice
sneer was wiped across her face. The hollow finally jumped back a few feet to get a away from Saroki's barrage of attacks, She laughed at the hollows
lack of speed, the hollow rushed forward into Saroki. She welcomed the hollows rage, just as the hollow was about to strike it's reiatsu suddenly changed,
Oe damn.... Saroki thought to herself, she quickly spun around as the hollow appeared behind her using sonido. The hollow attempted to thrust it's
right claw into Saroki's right shoulder, Saroki blocked the attack with her zanpakuto, the hollow then appeared to the left of her using sonido. Maybe this hollow was faster than she thought,
The hollow quickly sliced into Saroki's left shoulder, the hollow then appeared behind Saroki once more using sonido. Not this time! Saroki summoned up a large amount of reiatsu,
stunning the hollow for a split second allowing her the time to spin around, Saroki spun around, swinging her zanpakuto straight into the hollows head, the sharp blade of the zanpakuto cut the hollows head in half width wise.
Saroki sighed slightly, "One hollow down..." She mumbled.

Saroki sheathed her zanpakuto, her right shoulder bleeding. Saroki rubbed the wound, the cut was clearly deep. She clenched her teeth in pain, "Grr...Fucking hollow..." She said with a irritated tone. Saroki then started searching again, hoping she wouldn't have to bother with her wound. Saroki searched hours with no luck, or sign of spiritual pressure. Things wher looking worse and worse every second, Saroki feared she would have to return, failing her mission. No, Saroki refused for that to happen. Hours passed by, and soon the sun disappeared while the moon took over. A thick overcast tainting the once blue skies, Saroki stopped searching for a moment, stopping in her tracks. Something wasn't right, no people wher out, no cars either...Something was missing, It's quiet...Maybe...Too quiet... Saroki told herself, suddenly Saroki felt a powerful spirit energy. A liquid shooting out from behind her, Saroki spun around, seeing a blackish slime shooting towards her. She jumped up into the air, avoiding the liquid. Saroki formed reishi at her feet, standing in mid-air, Saroki looked down. Spotting the liquid, the black slime seemed to have eaten a large hole in the cement. This liquid was acidic! Saroki grinned, senseing a spike of reiatsu as another splash of black liquid flew towards her. Saroki ducked in panic, the black liquid flying over her head, burning a few hair strands. "Tch!" She said in annoyance, this hollow was starting to get on her nerves. Saroki lowered herself to nearly on all fours, gathering reishi at her left hand, using it for support. Saroki then placed her right hand on her zanpakuto handle, getting ready to attack. The darkness prevented Saroki from seeing the hollow clearly, all she could see would be a large shady figure, a large head, four arms and two legs. Saroki gathered reiatsu at her right foot, prepareing to launch herself towards the hollow. The shady hollow started to laugh, a high pitched screeching noise started to play, Saroki sighed. "Now what are you trying to do?!...No matter, you'll be dead soon enough anyways!" Saroki said with a malice smile, Saroki released the reiatsu at her right foot, launching herself forward, extending her right leg to it's full extent.

Saroki flew forwards like a bullet, straight towards the hollow, suddenly the hollow was illuminated. The hollow had a large head with a mask that seemed similar to a dragon, a set of arms, the hands replaced with two long blades that seemed to vibrate at a extremely high speed. It didn't have any legs at all, only a very strong tail-like waist, supporting the lumbering mass of muscle. Everywhere on it's body wher mouths with sharp teeth, this hollow was truely a abomination. Saroki unsheathed her zanpakuto, the hollow crossing it's two blade-like, both of them vibrateing extremely fast. Saroki's zanpakuto blade clashed against the hollow's arms, Saroki gathered reishi at her feet and stood up. Sparks flying everywhere, Damnit...I don't think Akugou Naito can take this punishment for much longer. Saroki told herself, Saroki retreated, jumping a few feet back making sure to keep a good distance away from the hollow. She knew she couldn't screw around with this hollow, if she did, she would most likely get herself killed. The hollow grinned, it's red eyes glowing. "Heh...I take it your a shinigami. Am I correct?" The hollow asked Saroki, most hollows didn't have much of a vocabulary, but this hollow seemed smart, at least smarter than all the others shes met. "Yeah.." Saroki said in a emotionless tone, she wasn't really focusing on the hollow at the moment. Instead Saroki was deviseing a plan in her head, she knew if she screwed around with this hollow it'd mean her death. "As you might of realized by now, my arms vibrate at extremely high speeds. Enableing me to cut through anything, EVEN your zanpakuto. The same goes for my acidic spit." The hollow said, trying it's best to hold back it's laughter. Saroki's eyes widened, This hollow can destroy my zanpakuto?! No! Thats impossible! Saroki tryed to reassure herself, but she knew the hollow wouldn't lie about it's own power. The hollow suddenly spat acid at Saroki, Saroki dived down to the ground. Landing gracefully onto the ground Saroki noticed the hollow too landed onto the ground, Saroki suddenly got a idea, Hmm...This black acid has small traces of reiatsu, maybe. Just maybe if I can gather up enough reiatsu in a certain area I MIGHT be able to deflect the acid...Well, it's worth a shot! Saroki schemed to herself.

Saroki charged towards the hollow, gathering all of her reiatsu infront of her, prepareing to strike the hollow down. "Fool!" The hollow exclaimed as it slithered towards Saroki. The hollow spat out multipale globs of acid at Saroki, all of which wher deflected by her reiatsu shield. Saroki grinned, I have a chance now! Saroki exclaimed in her mind. The hollow grinned as a amazeing spiritual pressure eminated from it, the hollow spat out a wave of acid from all of it's mouths, Saroki gasped as she froze. The acid hit Saroki's reiatsu shield, some was leaking, Saroki knew it wouldn't hold, Saroki strafed to the right, getting away from the acid. Saroki started her charge again, this time focusing all of her reiatsu at her feet so she would move faster. The hollow laughed as it charged up to create more acid, "I won't give you the chance!" Saroki yelled out. She sprinted as fast as she could, she soon was directly infront of the hollow. The hollow gasped in shock, attempting to stab Saroki with it's arms. The hollow proved to be too slow though, Saroki thrusted her zanpakuto's blade into the hollows stomach, the blade appearing on the other side. The hollow froze up and groaned in pain, the small spikes on the blade of Saroki's zanpakuto destroying internal organs. Saroki grinned, I gotcha'! Saroki celebrated, although, she knew this hollow wouldn't actually die so easily. Saroki quickly pulled her zanpakuto out of the hollow's stomach, spinning on her right foot and chopping off the hollow's right arm. My victory has been sealed! Saroki celebrated once again. The hollow groaned in pain as it bled out, Saroki laughed, but her victory was short lived. The hollows arm regenerated, and it's internal organs healing. Saroki's eyes widened, W..What the hell?! She said in her mind. "Oh..This is my other ability I haven't told you about yet, I regenerate 5x faster than other hollows..." The hollow said in a sarcastic tone. Saroki didn't believe it, her assault proved useless in the end. Saroki retreated a few feet away from the hollow, trying to figure out a new game plan. The hollow snickered and shot out a glob of acid, Saroki attempted to create a reiatsu shield once again, but alas, her energy was nearly drained. The glob of acid hit Saroki's left shoulder, burning off some of the skin. Saroki grabbed ahold of her left shoulder in pain, D...Damnit to hell! Saroki yelled at herself. "It's useless..." The hollow attempted to discourage Saroki. The girl clenched her teeth in a mixture of anger and pain.

If this hollow regenerates then how am I going to kill it?....Hmm...Wait...Of course! I have to destroy the mask!...Now it's just a matter of getting close to it... Saroki schemed, most of her reiatsu had been drained in a futile attack, her reiatsu shields didn't work anymore, and the hollow could produce a infininte amount of the acid. Saroki didn't see a possible way of getting close to the hollow; But Saroki knew she could do it, she had never failed a mission before, and ending the streak would've been a real shame. Saroki knew she had to think fast as the hollow would probally attack any second.

The hollow chuckled darkly, spitting out another wave of aicd, Damnit! Saroki exclaimed in her mind, she had no time to think of a battle plan. It was apparent this hollow wouldn't allow Saroki even a moment to think, Saroki jumped up five feet into the air gathering reishi at her feet. "Tch!" Saroki said with a irritated expression on her face, a twisted smile appeared on the hollows face. A direct approach won't work against this guy anymore, my reiatsu shield won't work against his acid. So, maybe I can trick him.. Saroki sighed, well, it was worth a shot as she didn't have much of a choice. The hollo spat out another wave of acid, Saroki diveing down towards the ground, landing lightly on her feet. "You poor corrupted soul, I shall purify your soul!" Saroki yelled out as she started sprinting towards the hollow, staying low to the ground and making sure she steppes light on her feet. The hollow snickered darkly as it spat acid on it's arms, the acid acting as a poision. Saroki growled slightly, Damnit...This hollow can't land a blow on me, if it does...The acid will not only burn through my body but it will stun me, allowing the hollow some time to deliver the final blow...Heh...This hollow ain't stupid, thats for sure. Saroki told herself, a light grin on her face. Nevertheless, Saroki stayed serious, rushing towards the hollow with all her strength, holding her zanpakuto to her side, both hands on the handle. The hollow watched as Saroki began to grow closer and closer to itself, untill finally the hollow grinned. "You fell right into my trap!" The hollow said, holding back it's manic laughter. Saroki's eyes opened wide, A trap?! What?! Saroki yelled out in her mind, Kh! I can't give him the chance! I have to distract him NOW! Saroki schemed, a slight grin appearing on her face. Before the hollow could initiate it's trap Saroki casted out a kidou, "Hado four! Black thunder!" Saroki yelled out as a large black wave of reiatsu appeared infront of Saroki, closeing in fast on the hollow. The hollow gasped in shock as Saroki suddenly disappeared behind the pitch black wave of reiatsu, Nows my chance! Don't fuck this up Saroki! She told herself, yes, she had somewhat of a chance now, the hollow gave Saroki a clear opening. The hollow responded by hurling dozens of globs of acid towards Saroki's general derection.

Saroki spotted multipale globs of acid flying through the air, at the time she really wished she could use flash step. Saroki dodged as many as she could, taking multipale hits everywhere on her body, Fuck! I have to hurry up and stop this! Saroki thought to herself. The hollow laughed as he continued the onslaught, Saroki soon bursted from the black wave of reiatsu, low to the ground so the hollow could just only barely detect her. The hollow's red glowing eyes opened wide, "W...What?!" The hollow said in disbelief, he figured Saroki was killed by the relentless wave of acid, no, Saroki WAS injured badly, but she ignored the pain, she shut off all of her emotions, this was battle, she didn't have time to feel pain. Saroki clenched her teeth in anger as time seemed to have slowed down, she looked up at the hollow, a malice smile appearing on her face. "Die!" Saroki yelled out, she stood up straight, still using her momentum she got from running, Saroki attempted to thrust her zanpakuto into the hollow mask, but a second before impact the hollow, using it's right arm, hit the blade. The zanpakuto was sent off direction, pierceing the hollows left shoulder, wasting no time the hollow shoved it's left arm straight into Saroki's chest. The poor girl's eyes widened as she coughed up blood onto the hollows blade-like arm. F...Fuck... Saroki cursed, her chance was gone, the hollow completely obliterateing Saroki's hope. Saroki coughed up more blood onto the ground, her internal organs injured, slowly bleeding into herself. Blood streamed down the corners of Saroki's mouth, the hollow stareing into the poor girl's eyes. The hollow's wound healed, sealing the zanpakuto's blade within it's body, Saroki tryed to pull out her zanpakuto, although her attempt proved useless. The zanpakuto seemed to be cemented within the hollows body, nevertheless it didn't matter, Saroki was dieing anyways. The hollow laughed in joy as Saroki's blood spilled onto the cold ground, "Your just a hot headed little girl, you don't know how to REALLY fight..." The hollow mocked Saroki. It didn't matter, Saroki didn't care what the hollow thought, her eyes started to lose color, becomeing a depressing grayish-black. Kaiyo-san... She thought to herself, Saroki couldn't stand the thought of dieing, let alone the thought of being slain by a mere hollow. No, she didn't want to die, not yet, she still wanted to be with Kaiyo, it wasn't fair. Saroki moved her hand to the butt of her zanpakuto, No...No....I won't let this hollow live....If this monster takes my life...I will also take IT'S life.... Saroki spat out some blood, she could feel herself dieing, she began growing dizzy. Saroki detached the crescent blade on her zanpakuto, grabbing it's handle as she raised the blade. The hollow gasped in panic, quickly thrusting it's left arm into Saroki's stomach, ruptureing more organs. Saroki shook in pain, complete and total agony filled her body as blood rushed out onto the ground. ... Saroki didn't have the power to think anymore, complete and total suffering filled her mind.

Saroki summoned up every ounce of her strength, finally she swinged the crescent hook down onto the hollows mask, a large crack appearing. "H...How?...." The hollow groaned, the mask breaking, the hollow disappearing. Saroki fell on her back, onto the ground. One hand loosely holding the hook's handle, the other twitching. "Is this it?.." Saroki asked herself, blood starting to fill her lungs, her skin grew paler by the second. Her emotionless expression remaining, the thick overcast of the sky soon brought rain. Thousands, no, millions of drops of water hit the city. Saroki felt as her blood washed away, becomeing a light red watery mix. Is...Is it all going to end here?....All of my training...All of my missions....All of my obstacles...All of my achievements....All of my friends....Kaiyo-san....Is it all just....Going to......Disappear?..... Saroki asked herself in a desperate attempt to gain a answer, Saroki looked up at the sky, it looked as if the sky was crying, But maybe that was just Saroki's personal outlook. Saroki's eyes started to close, the sky becomeing more and more dark for Saroki, darker, and darker, and darker. Untill finally her eyes wher shut closed, Saroki was seemingly thrown into a peaceful sleep, was Saroki dead? She had certainly lost enough blood, by now a huge puddle of watery-blood surrounded the pathetic girl, but just when all seemed lost Saroki was taken in...

The crackles of a fire and the feeling of a warm yet crude blanket surrounded Saroki, what was this feeling? Had life returned to the poor girl? Saroki opened her eyes to be welcomed with the sight of a rock ceiling and a bed made out of wood, along with a makeshift pillow and a cotton blanket. Saroki looked over to the left, seeing the entrance to the cave she was in along with a fire. And...A hollow?! Saroki's eyes opened wide, was she going to be eaten?! Wait, no, this hollow would of eaten her on sight, but by the looks of it this hollow had treated Saroki of her injuries, what was up with this hollow's behaviour? Nonetheless, Saroki felt her strength returning to her, she picked up her zanpakuto and stood up, "Ah, your awake.." The hollow said. Saroki jumped, how did this hollow know she was up? Nonetheless, Saroki was going to slay this hollow, a hollows a hollow, right? The hollow stood up and turned around, "My name is Jurosiro." The hollow announced to Saroki. This hollow seemed to have some characteristics of a human, well it was 2x larger than any other human, and was more hunched over, but other than that. Saroki charged the hollow, attempting to thrust her zanpakuto into the hollows chest, quickly loseing balance Saroki fell flat on her face onto the dirt ground. The hollow laughed, Saroki blushing a bit in embaressment, I guess i'm not completely healed yet.. Saroki thought to herself. But more importantly, what was the story behind this hollow?

Saroki stood up, her eyes stareing at the hollow, All hollows are evil... Saroi told herself. She was taught in the academy that all hollows wher mindless killers, she dared not think differently. Saroki took a few steps back, a fearless expression stuck to her face, "Why haven't you eaten my soul yet?..." Saroki questioned the hollow. A brief chuckle came from the hollow, as if he thought he was the 'good guy'. "Because I don't eat souls, at least. Not anymore.." The hollow said, a few laughs comeing from him. Not anymore? Well it meant that this hollow ate souls once before, and that would motivate Saroki enough to kill him. "Why not?" Saroki quizzed the hollow, the hollow sighed a bit before turning around to the fire, "I overcomed the need to feast on souls.." The hollow said in a emotionless voice, Overcomed? No way, thats impossible, right? Saroki asked herself. Saroki figured she would leave this hollow alone for now, probally reporting it's location to a higher authority in the soul societey. Saroki sheathed her zanpakuto and started walking out of the cave, "No! Stop!" Jurosiro shouted, Saroki stopped, not bothering to look back. "You have to help me...A group of three hollows are comeing here soon, and, their going to kill me...You have to stop them!" The hollow begged, Saroki shrugged. What would be the point of helping a hollow? Saroki thought to herself, she was suppose to be killing the hollows, not HELPING them! "Why should I?!" Saroki shouted, the hollow gasping as if he wher shocked. "Because you would've died if I hadn't saved you!" Jurosiro said, Using guilt.. Saroki growled, this hollow was really annoying. "Tch! Whatever.." Saroki said in a irritated tone, well, at least this way she was able to add to her kill count. Saroki started running through the forest outside of the cave, Jurosiro was right, Saroki could feel two powerful spiritual pressures. Saroki froze up, suddenly feeling a amazeing pain through out her entire body, W...What the hell?... Saroki thought to herself. Saroki suddenly realized, she was still badly injured, she knew she was in no condition to fight at the moment. God damnit.... Saroki sighed a bit, these wounds would prove to be a problem later on, that was for certain.

Saroki carried on with the search, sprinting as fast as she could towards the two reiatsu she was senseing, as she ran the reiatsu grew more powerful. They grew and grew, Saroki knew she was close, she stopped in her tracks, looking around the enviorment. A dense thick patch of trees surrounded her, no, this was too quiet, hollows would usually be making plenty of noise. Saroki thought to herself for a moment, Is this a trap? Saroki thought to herself. She unsheathed her zanpakuto, the hollows reiatsu growing by the second, "Show yourself!" Saroki shouted out, seemingly talking to noone. The two spiritual pressures surrounded Saroki, removeing any chance of escape. This was a bit odd, Saroki kept senseing reiatsu around her but she couldn't see anything, where was this threat comeing from? Suddenly four large spikes bursted up from the ground around Saroki, large clumps of earth taking flight into the air. Saroki's eyes widened in shock, "What the hell?!" Saroki exclaimed. The white bone-like spikes retracted back into the ground, leaveing behind multipale holes. Saroki sprinted to one of the holes, looking down hoping to catch a glimpse of the source of the spikes; She was greeted with the sight of a huge worm-like hollow, well, one of the body-section of the hollow at least. Their wher multipale holes strewn out across the body of the hollow, the spikes probally shooting out from the holes. This was going to be tough, as Saroki studied the body three more spikes shot out up from the ground, in shock Saroki jumped five feet up into the air, gathering reishi at her feet."This must be the hollow Jurosiro was talking about...But, he never told me it was a giant worm!!!" Saroki yelled out in anger. several spikes bursted out from the ground once again, these ones wher longer though, reaching Saroki. One of the spikes was shooting straight towards Saroki, in panic the girl dived backwards a few feet. Saroki laid on the blanket of reishi she gathered for a moment, before realizeing their was another spike heading straight towards her! Ah! When will this bastard give up?! Saroki shouted in her mind. Saroki rolled over onto her stomach and thrusted her zanpakuto into the incomeing spike, the blade sliding into the bone-like spike. As the spikes slid back into the ground a earth-quake-like rumble shook the land.

Saroki became unbalanced and stumbled on the platform of reishi she created, suddenly two very large worm-like heads bursted from the ground, each stareing at Saroki. "Ah, finally decided to show up eh?" Saroki said in a sarcastic tone, a bit intimidated by the hollows. "Hmp...A shinigami...Your kind are annoying..." The two hollows spoke at the same time in a irritated tone, Saroki didn't care for the hollows insult though. Instead she just started sprinting towards one of the heads. Saroki hoped that her speed was greater than the hollows as she sprinted, leaveing behind small bursts of reiatsu. These hollows seemed to be actually conjoined, they moved in the same way, and talked in the same way. They shot out ten spikes from the holes surrounding their bodies, a few of the spikes set on a course straight towards Saroki.

High and low, the wall of spikes heading towards Saroki moved fast, and seemed nearly impossible to avoid. Saroki ran faster, prepareing herself for some manuevers. Time seemed to slow down for Saroki as adreniline rushed into her brain, Saroki jumped into the wall of spikes, spotting multipale cracks within the set of spikes. Saroki shifted her body, making sure she was falling towards the nearest weak-spot. Saroki grabbed one of the spikes, using it as a platform she pulled herself through the wall of spikes. The dangerous part was over, now it was just a matter of making it to the hollows head before the spikes retracted like before. Saroki landed her feet onto one of the spikes, sprinting as fast as she could towards the head of the hollow.

Saroki looked back, noticeing the spikes wher retracting, and at such fast speed too. Saroki gasped, returning focus infront of her, At this rate the spikes will be gone before I get the chance to attack the hollow... Saroki thought to herself, she focused reiatsu at her feet, speeding up her pace. Saroki nearly made it to the hollows head, she jumped up onto a higher spike with one foot, wasteing no time as she jumped up onto another, now on the the top level of spikes she resumed her running. Saroki jumped as high as she could, as she was about to slam into the worm-like body of the hollow she prepared to pierce her zanpakuto into it. Saroki slammed into the large white body, createing a small sonic-boom, her zanpakuto pierceing into the body. Saroki held onto her zanpakuto, making sure she wouldn't fall before she could create a reishi platform. Saroki gathered reishi at her feet, she pulled her zanpakuto out of the hollows carapace, jumping up into the air once more, up so she was at eye-level with the hollow; Saroki ran towards the hollow on her reishi platform, prepareing herself to destroy it's mask. "Fool!" The hollow yelled out. The hollow opened it's mouth wide, Uh-oh... Saroki thought to herself as eight spikes flew out from the hollows mouth. Saroki side-stepped, readying herself to dodge the spikes. Saroki ducked, avoiding two spikes, then diveing to the left, avoiding the rest of the spikes. Suddenly Saroki noticed a searing pain in her stomach, a spike was lodged into her body, W...What?... Saroki thought to herself. "Hehe...I can manipulate my projectiles, reshapeing them, making them bigger or smaller..." The hollow said darkly, Saroki pulled the spike out of her and landed onto the ground. Feeling her warm blood spill onto the ground. D...Damnit... Saroki thought to herself in a mixture of fear and disappointment in herself.

Saroki coughed up blood onto the ground, trying to ignore the searing pain in her stomach, Saroki knew she had bared these kind of injuries before. But something told her to run, was it instinct? Something in her heart told her to run, to survive. No, not yet, she had to complete the mission...By whatever meant necessary, Saroki grabbed at her wound, the bleeding slowing down as blood covered her hand. Saroki raised her bloody hand up into the air, examineing it, This is...This is my blood? Saroki asked herself in near shock. The hollow gave Saroki no time to think as it shot out another barrage of spikes, this time they wher multiplying, splitting into smaller and smaller spikes. Saroki clenched her teeth in pain as she sent messages to her muscles, telling them to move. No luck, Saroki started to grow desperate as she ordered her body to move, to escape. But still, her body was locked in a useless stance, waiting for the spikes to hit pierce her body. Suddenly she could move again, gasping for air as she began to heave up and down. Saroki looked up at the increaseingly smaller barrage of spikes, grinning. Saroki bursted forward, a bit of blood spilling onto the ground as she left behind traces of blue reiatsu. Saroki jumped up towards the spikes, occasionally making reishi platforms to jump on for increased height. Eyes full of determination, Saroki bursted towards the barrage of spikes head-on. Mustering up all of her speed Saroki flew through the army of spikes, a blur to the naked-eye. Saroki's hand and zanpakuto grew distorted as she knocked away each spike with her zanpakuto. A manic laughter came from Saroki as she destroyed all of the bone-spikes, she ran up towards the hollows head, stepping on a large ramp of reishi she created. The hollow growled in annoyance, shooting out dozens of spikes from it's many holes. "Tch! Not that trick again!" Saroki said in a irritated tone. Saroki pushed her zanpakuto infront of herself, forming a defensive stance among her feet. Saroki crashed into the spikes at full force, her zanpakuto crushing multipale spikes. Saroki jumped up onto the wall of spikes, running on it as if it wher a platform. I really shouldn't be using the same tactic, but, whatever.. Saroki thought to herself, she knew in her training in the 2nd squad she was told to never use the same tactic once in a battle. The reason being is that the enemy can perform a counter for your assault much easier rather than if you changed up your battle strategies. Either way, Saroki knew she could beat this foe, she knew she was stronger, she had to be! Saroki kept running, now a large ball of blue reiatsu surrounded her, Saroki seemingly being engulfed.

Saroki swinged her zanpakuto down from above her head, sending a large wave of now black-ish reiatsu. The large wave of reiatsu soon making impact with the hollow, the reiatsu being absorbed into the hollow, ruptureing multipale organs. The hollow gasped in pain, struggleing to recover itself, Saroki used this moment of calm to get into attack range. Saroki ran as fast as she could, occasionally side-stepping to another spike. Saroki was soon in attack range, the hollow making sure it didn't give Saroki a chance to get close to it's mask, spat out a army of spikes towards Saroki. The girl could hear her heart beat, the heat of battle rattled inside of her, a deep urge to kill filling her mind, what was this feeling? She felt her heart change and twist into something else, something more, something...Horrible...Saroki's reiatsu started to shift into a pure blackness, a transformation seeming to occure. Saroki paid no attention to these unnatural feelings, focuseing her attention on the large barrage of spikes heading towards her. Saroki jumped up into the air, prepareing herself to use the spikes to her advantage, Saroki ran up one of the large spikes, quickly jumping up to another, then another. She could feel the wind brush across her face as her reiatsu chipped away pieces of the bone-like spears. Saroki soon avoided the onslaught of spikes, bursting up into the air as she used small reishi platforms as a boost. Hundreds of spikes suddenly bursted from the hollows holes in it's body, a even bigger onslaught of spear-like weapons flying towards her. Saroki grinned, This hollow can't stop me, no. No way, I refuse to lose here. She thought to herself, Saroki made it up to the hollows mask, a onslaught of spikes heading towards her. Saroki breathed in deeply, easeing into a defensive stance, she gripped her zanpakuto infront of herself, her hair falling over her eyes. Saroki focused on winning, harnessing all of her reiatsu into her zanpakuto. The onslaught of spikes comeing closer and closer, Saroki rubbed her right hand on the handle of her zanpakuto, feeling the reiatsu pulse from it. Saroki waited untill the few seconds before moveing, her solid stance remaining, a serious expression cemented in her face.

Saroki looked up at the ocean of reiatsu-bonded spikes, ...This is it...It's now or never... Saroki felt power flow through her veins. "Grrraahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!" Saroki yelled out as her reiatsu grew and grew, the ocean of spikes englufing her. Multipale spikes pierced Saroki, blood streaming out of her wounds, her reiatsu only growing. Saroki's nearly pitch black reiatsu literally forceing the spikes away, breaking them or throwing them into a random direction. Saroki kept up her warcry as she tryed to keep up her pace. Suddenly, as quick as it started, it was over, three bone spears pierced inside her flesh. Saroki pulled out the first two, feeling no pain what so ever. Saroki pulled the last one out, blood streaming out from her wounds and mouth alike. Saroki smirked, "Hah..." Saroki chuckled a bit under her breath, the hollow was...Amazed...To say the least, Saroki ran towards the hollows mask on a platform of reishi, before it could attack once again Saroki was already directly infront of the hollow.

Saroki sliced open the hollows mask, the hollow disappearing, and the other hollow which was conjoined with the first. Saroki landed gracefully onto the ground and sat down, "Wow..." Saroki said to herself. Saroki knew she was badly hurt and NEEDED to get back to the soul societey, but she figured one more hollow wouldn't hurt, at least she would have made it half way through the mission. She figured she could come back and complete it any time. But, somehting felt wrong. Jurosiro said their wher THREE hollows...Wheres the third one?... Saroki asked herself, then, suddenly a amazeing reiatsu appeared behind her. Uh-Oh... Saroki thought to herself as her eyes widened.
