It had been a slow day, Legion had been gazing at the clouds for the majority, but he couldn't seem to shake a feeling of unease that lingered within him. Something wasn't right, but he couldn't sense what the disturbance was. Though he preferred residing in the human world he often had to deal with the shinigami that viewed him as a threat and the hollow that viewed him as traitor. He had no allies at present, but he was fine with that; logically, it meant that he had only his own problems to worry about, but he couldn't deny that it was rather lonely at times.

He quickly shrugged off the notion and returned to the moment, carefully analyzing his surroundings. Slowly, he rose to his feet, slinging his scythe over his shoulder and resting it casually across his neck. He didn't know who or what was approaching, but he wouldn't be the one to initiate a fight. He was in no mood for battle at present.

"Hmm, and who might you be?"

Sekkou hissed. How had this person felt his presence...it was disconcerting...but also interesting. He stepped out from the shadows and stood at his full height, a solid 15 feet. His long gangly limbs did not belie great strength, but in truth, Sekkou was very strong. His dagger-like claws grasped at nothing in the air.

"Who are you?" His accent was harsh and French- it also identified him as an unusually intelligent Hollow.

Legion raised a brow at the newcomer. A fellow hollow, but one that actually seemed somewhat intelligent. The fact that he had not already attacked harmonized with that fact, but Legion was still slightly caughtious of the creature. He realized that at the very least, he ought introduce himself, lest he be rude to his 'guest'.

"I am Legion," He said calmly, releasing a minor smirk as he bowed his head slightly. A cordial greeting in his era but he didn't make a note of the fact.

", but who, prey-tell, are you? You're definitely different than the rest of our kin." Legion said as he turned his back to look out over the vast expanse of the city. This also was a declaration of a mild degree of trust, as Legion truly did not view this individual as a threat. He momentarily looked over te city from the top of the building, before looking over his shoulder back to his visitor.

"My name is Niiro Sekkou. And you, Legion, have piqued my interest." Not only was his voice French, it sounded...slightly hissy, reptilian in nature. "You are not like the other Hollows, not even like myself. Ssss..." He opened and closed his dangerous looking claws reflexively. "And I wonder what you are...up to."

Sekkou stepped up beside Legion so he was slightly to his left. He seemed to glide as he moved, despite his large frame. It clearly spoke of more stealthy abilities, the ability to remain unseen, to move with the shadows. "We live to obtain power. I think you've come up with something...novel."

Legion grinned. This was a rather crafty Hollow indeed, far more knowledgeable than any hollow he had come across in his 500 years of existence; His pure size and strength would no doubt prove useful in the future, so perhaps there were alliances that could be made for their mutual benefit. Either way, Legion respected Niiro's ambition and his desire for power quickly reminded him of himself, but he decided that the logical choice would be to align himself with Niiro. Even if betrayal loomed in the future, he would be able to operate far more efficiently with his aid than without.

"Yes, everything begins with power, but attaining it will be rather...complicated." Legion said as he lightly scratched his chin. "...However it all begins with our innate desire to consume."

"The consumption of human souls does indeed increase our power, but only moderately so and even then, the soul society quickly swoops in to eradicate any threat they deem necessary in a area, which has limited our movement and our ability to feed in the past, but I believe that the guardians of this age have become far more lax in recent days. " Legion ranted, clenching his scythe tightly in his hand.

"The Shikigami are strong, but their true strength comes from their tactically organized squads that spearhead the defense of the human and spirit realm, while the majority of our brethren, unwittingly march directly to their own demise. I believe that if we can assemble and build up our own militia, our own 'squads', one that could lead the hordes of hollows into organized combat...We could not lose..."

Sekkou cocked his head; the idea was novel, sure, but he could see some flaws with it. But perhaps this Legion had already anticipated the flaws- Sekkou was curious as to what he may have come up with to combat said flaws.

"Your theory is sound...hehehe, in theory. But...much as I hate to admit it...the average Shinigami is much more intelligent than the average Hollow. There are not very many Hollows smart enough to function in a squad. But perhaps...we could win by sheer numbers."

Sekkou grinned. "They would be a very useful tool- I have yet to taste the flesh and soul of a seated officer...this could prove my chance to do so. Hahaha." He breathed out...again, his breath was strange in that it resembled cigarette smoke.

Legion agreed, he understood that Hollows such as himself and Niiro were sparse to say the least, but they would only need a handful of quasi intelligent recruits. Just enough to give some degree of organization to the mass numbers of hollows. It would undoubtedly be an arduous task, but if masterfully done, it would wield almost untold benefits.

"I agree, it would be a rather...tedious task, but we only need a handful of individuals who are fairly intelligent. Individuals who can move the hollow masses with a iota of intellectual skill. If we could assemble such a force, it would be a trifling matter to spread the various squads of the soul society to their limit, then, we could strike at the very heart of the enemy, and reap the nearly infinite souls that reside under their protection. The power that we could attain by harvesting nearly every soul that has ever existed throughout the annals of history. It could transform a normal hollow into a god of death- no, not a god, a being far beyond the limits that existence can even even fathom..."

Just thinking about such a creature made Legion's spine tingle, but as always, with any plan, he didn't expect everything to go smoothly. He expected a few bumps and bruises along the way, but if his plans came to fruition, the hollows could harvest enough souls to allow them to far exceed even the most powerful shinigami. Of course how that power would be divided would probably become a matter of concern, but Legion would not make the mistake of letting greed overwhelm him. However, he would not worry himself with such things. In his mind, the only thing that held any relevance was recruiting able bodied generals that could lead the legions of hollows into battle; even if only to trick the shinigami into believing that the hollow armies had organized, that would be enough to catch their attention and force them to act accordingly.

"Perhaps, we could get started sooner rather than later, or perhaps you are in the mood to move to a more direct course of action and hunt down the very shinigami themselves..." Legion questioned as he looked over at Niiro, noticing the smoking exhaust that emanated from his mouth.

If Sekkou could grin, he would've- but unfortunately, Hollow masks don't allow for much facial expression. "Hunting is fun...attacking from behind is a lot more fun..." Sekkou nodded. "I would like to try this idea...and I know of some Hollows of intelligence. I will seek them out, if you so choose."

Sekkou coughed, and more smoke exited his mouth. "So, what do you say? Shall I seek out some...allies? I believe that ah...persuasion may be required...but you can be assured my skills are up to the task."

Legion nodded, "Do what you must, but the more we win to our cause, the greater our chance of victory. I've not seen your skill firsthand, but I'm confident in your ability to produce results." Legion said as he returned his gaze to the city outstretched before them. "It seems this will be the beginning of a remarkable partnership, wouldn't you say?" Legion remarked with a twisted tone in his voice.

To be honest, he was somewhat taken back by the sudden spurt of events, but perhaps this was a sign that his plans were truly ready to be set into motion. Regardless, with this new found alliance, perhaps the hollows might finally be able to unite under a single moniker and push the shinigami to their limit. However, Legion also had a few backup plans in mind, just in case any mishaps were to occur. Already, he was eager to begin, but as always, he did little to show it.

"Let's be off then, I think we both have much to do, and little time in which it can be done. summon me if you desire another meeting, simply speak my name, and I will hear." Legion said as he took a step forward, stepping over the edge of the building rooftop, but seemed to vanish as his weight shifted to his outstretched foot.

Right...partnership...I'll not consider that until I can trust you...Legion.thought Sekkou. Hmm...Sekkou felt around for his reiatsu...

"So...Sogekihei is nearby..." he spoke aloud. Then he chuckled. "But then he always is..." Sekkou seemed to vanish, his ability to become unseen was formidable if used correctly, even if he could only remain invisible for a maximum of 10 seconds at a time, with a brief 5 second interval before he could repeat the process. Sekkou jumped off the building and landed softly on the ground, and then headed off for Sogekihei's presence.

He needs to learn to suppress his reiatsu till the killing moment, thought Sekkou. Sekkou reached the building that Sogekihei was in rather quickly and crept up. Sogekihei was a long and lean figure much like Sekkou was. However, Sekkou was just a bit taller, and Sogekihei, instead of having twin "dagger hands" like Sekkou did, had a left index finger that was shaped like a long cylinder. Sekkou had seen Sogekihei fire powerful Cero and Bala blasts from that finger, so he planned to avoid that. In addition to that, Sogekihei's right arm ended not in a hand, but in a short curved carapace that acted like a blade. Sogekihei's mask resembled a cobra's face- the hood came up and around his head much like a hat. Sekkou stepped behind Sogekihei and placed his dagger hands around Sogekihei's neck, then whispered Sogekihei's name.

"Sekkou! Now that's downright embarrassin', bein' caught wit' my trousers down like this." Sogekihei spoke with an Australian accent- and then tried to surreptitiously move his right hand into a stabbing position.

*mockingly* "No worries, mate! I'll just rip your throat out like a Cornish hen should you try that." Sekkou made several small cuts just to prove his point.

"All right all right mate, calm down. Can't blame a bloke for tryin'. Whaddya want?" Sogekihei removed his right "hand" from an attacking position.

Sekkou whispered in Sogekihei's ear Legion's plans. Then he added, "And you will be loyal to me; answer directly to me. My right hand, so to speak."

Sogekihei nodded. "Fine. Ye've got yerself a deal, mate."

"Good." Sekkou removed his hands and took a step back. "Leg's go. We have others to...persuade."

The pair of Hollows headed off into the night.

OOC: The open to all leads me to believe yummei can jump in if he so wishes, but i don't know so that's why i'm asking. Awaiting an awnser.

"I know of a guy who might be helpful to our cause mate," said Sogekihei as they ran. "But he's a bloody fast little blighter, might be hard to catch. Smart though. Real smart."

"Hmm...do you know his whereabouts? And his powers?" asked Sekkou.

"Sure enough I do mate. He's about the size of an adult Plus; gangly like us. His mask looks like a bloody mesh. Haha, it's got a mesh like formation on it," Sogekihei joked.

"Shut up with the idiot jokes and get on with your description," Sekkou was impatient to bring down this Hollow and have him aid their cause.

"All right all right, keep your head on mate," said Sogekihei. "His right hand is sort of like my left- all the fingers are like cylinders. He can shoot off lots of Balas at once. And his left hand is like twice the size of his right- always in a fist. I've seen him break off chunks of building with that honker-fist of his."

"Hmm...weaknesses?" asked Sekkou.

"Got a low spirit power mate. At this level, it barely registers. We land a coupla good hits on him and he's finished. And he's a cocky blighter. He's a fast blighter, as I mentioned. But everything else is average," Sogekihei said cheerfully.

"Fine. I will engage him. You take him from behind." Sekkou instructed.

"Sure thing mate." Sogekihei said. Then he pointed at a Hollow that was entering their field of vision. "That's him mate. Engage him now, I'll go around and flank 'im." Sogekihei headed off at a 45 degree angle.

Sekkou headed straight ahead. This Hollow turned to look at him. He raised his right hand a fired several Bala at Sekkou. Sekkou hit the deck, and then became invisible. He had 10 seconds to pull this off.

"Awright where'd ya go?!" This Hollow spoke with a Boston accent. Sekkou snuck behind the Hollow and attempted to grab him. Somehow he must have made a noise, because the Hollow whirled and smacked him with his heavy left fist. Sekkou hissed. "Hard ta stab a guy in da back when he's beatin' ya freakin' head in, huh?" The Hollow taunted him. Sekkou felt a flare of Sogekihei's reiatsu.

"Imbecile." Sekkou said.

"Huh?" The Hollow was hit from the side by a Bala- Sekkou took advantage of this moment to grab the Hollow and place his claws at his back.

"This was my plan all along, little bunny! You can't run when you are being held!" Sekkou nodded at Sogekihei as he approached. "What did you say his name was?"

"I can say my own name, dumbass. It's Sukauto."

Sekkou's eyes narrowed. "Fine. Sukauto. Let me put it to you like this. You are loyal to me now, you answer only to me. Got it?"

Sukauto struggled to get loose but failed. "Why should I?"

"Because I'll kill you if you don't, idiot." Sekkou said. "And also..." he informed Sukauto of Legion's plans.

"Sounds like it'd work but what's in it for me?" said Sukauto.

"More power you dumbbell!" shouted Sekkou.

"Whoa geez man, cool it!" said Sukauto. "If you're lookin' for others like us- I know a guy. We can definitely take 'im."

"Lead on," said Sekkou.

Sukauto opened up a Garganta, and then the three Hollows entered it.

Ooc: By all means, Xavier. Legion will probably pop back in after a little bit to join up again, but as far as anyone joining be they hollow or shinigami, it's open game. If you like, you can be the person Legion tracks down.

Ic: While his accomplice was bringing in his own allies, Legion was going to do some minor recruitment of his own. Though he was on very good ground with most of his kind, he knew that only the more intelligent hollow could survive in their environment and he felt confident that if he simply traced the strongest spiritual pressures he could locate, he would be sure to find strong allies.

After his disappearance from the rooftop, Legion made his way to the streets below, navigating through the back allies like they were the back of his hand. Suddenly, he felt it. A undeniably powerful spiritual pressure lurking nearby. He couldn't fully tell if it was a hollow or a shinigami, but he couldn't allow himself to pass up an opportunity to enlist aid. Without a moment of hesitation, Legion sprinted off towards the direction of the spiritual energies, eager to find the source.

Sukauto's Garganta led them to Hueco Mundo. “He's always around here,” explained Sukauto. “Says 'e likes the quiet or somethin'.”

Sekkou closed his eyes and felt for unfamiliar reiatsu. While he was doing this, he asked, “What does he look like, and what are his powers?”

“He's got a dome-shaped thing on his head man. And goggle things and a blast shield type thing over his face. Weird, man. And he's got these pods on his back that he can shoot off that turn into like these things that shoot reiatsu pellets at you. By itself, one of 'em can't really do much. But I've seen him take out some pretty big Hollows with them together, so watch out,” Sukauto said.

“Same strategy as before,” Sekkou informed Sogekihei. Sogekihei nodded, “Cheers mate. No problem.”

Sekkou gestured at Sukauto to follow him. They approached the Hollow. “Yo whatsup Kougakusha?”

“Huh? Dagnabbit, what do you want, Sukauto?” The Hollow spoke with a distinct Texan accent. Sukauto explained Legion’s proposition to Kougakusha. “No can do, I don’t want ta leave this here patch of land.”

“Zen we will force you too,” said Sekkou in a dangerously low voice.

“’xpected that,” said Kougakusha. He began to glow with reiatsu- particularly the four pods on his back.

Sekkou vanished from sight. “Huh?” Kougakusha said.

“Bonk!” said Sukauto as he hit Kougakusha across the face with his overlarge right fist. And that was when Sogekihei’s Bala hit Kougakusha in the stomach. Sekkou appeared behind Kougakusha and placed his dagger-like claws over Kougakusha’s throat.

Sekkou mocked Kougakusha’s accent. “Looks like I bagged you good…pardner. Hehehe. You are joining us whether you like it or not.”

“Grr…fine, it’s not like I have a choice,” Kougakusha said.

“No, you don’t,” replied Sekkou. “But, trust me; we are not so bad to work with. Tell me, do you know of anyone else who would be instrumental in our plans?”

“Yeah, sure, I’ll lead the way.” Kougakusha said. The group of four now headed off into the desert of Hueco Mundo to search for Kougakusha’s “friend.”

The four had been running across the desert for quite some time when Kougakusha stopped abruptly. "All right, he's somewhere 'round here pardners. Be on your guard, he's a tricky mother hubbard, so watch out."

Sekkou hissed. "What precisely to you mean by that? What are his powers?"

Kougakusha shrugged. "Don't know. I'm just a good ol' boy from Texas who was mindin' his own business before you got yerself all up in it."

Sekkou growled. "Fine, we will use the same tactics as before- we outnumber him."

"I guess ye'd all be lookin' for me laddies, wouldn't ye?" A Scottish voice chimed in from behind them. Sekkou hissed as he turned. This Hollow had a mask that covered his entire face- his left eye was covered by mask for some reason, like an eye patch. His arms ended in hands- all and all, he did not look particularly powerful.

"Yes...we wonder whether you'd be an asset to our plans or not," replied Sekkou.

"If I was bad at what I do, I wouldn't be sittin' here discussin' it wit' you, now would I?!?!" stated the Hollow. He spat something small and cylindrical onto the ground 15 meters away. Then he grunted, and the thing exploded with considerable force. "That's right laddie, I can handle meself. The name's Bakuhatsu, and I'll join ye."

"Hey that was easy," commented Sukauto.

"Prefer it that way, mate," said Sogekihei. "Wasn't relishing another fight."

"Splendid," said Sekkou, ignoring the other two. "We go." Sekkou tore open a Garganta and the five of them headed in.

The Garganta led them back to the Real World in the general area of where they had met Legion. "Legion, I have assembled some allies," called Sekkou.

Sogekihei- Long and lean like Sekkou. Has a mask sort of like a cobra's. Has a long barrel-like left arm that can fire Balas and Ceros and a right arm that has a sort of carapace over it so it's like a blade. Skin is a dingy brown. Skills would be in kido mastery. Fairly slow, average spirit power, fighting skill is below average, unless from a distance. Speaks with an Australian accent.

Sukauto- Considerably shorter than both Sekkou and Sogekihei, but same build. Skin is a grayish hue. Mask is like a mesh covering his face. Has an oversized right hand to crush with and a left hand that can fire many Balas at once. He is faster than Sekkou, but he has low spirit power, decent fighting skill, slightly below average kido mastery. Speaks with a Boston accent.

Kougakusha- Slightly shorter than Sogekihei. Stockier. Skin is a dingy orange. Mask is like a hard hat and goggles with one of those blast shields on it. Has four pods on his back which apparently he can shoot off and will form into turrets that ostensibly shoot reiatsu pellets. Perhaps with practice they could shoot Balas or better? Below average fighting skill, average spirit power, decent kido mastery, below average speed. Speaks with a Texan accent.

Bakuhatsu- Same size as Kougakusha, similar build. Dark brown skin. Mask covers his entire head and left eye. Looks fairly strong- can shoot out explosive cylinders from his mouth. Decent spirit power, below average speed, average fighting skill, average kido mastery. Speaks with a Scottish accent.
