Zanpakuto: Your zanpakuto's name, and appearance.

Abilities: Give a description of your ability, what it dose what occurs. And it will approved/disaproved accordingly

Ability 1: Gained after 100ZE

Ability 2: Gained after 200ZE

Ability 3: Gained after 30ZE

Resurection

Can be aquired when you have a minimum of 60 points overall and 400ZE

Resurection Appearance: What you look like, make it similar to what your first hollow form looked like.

Ability 1: Gained At 400ZE

Ability 2: Gained at 500ZE
