Kira wears a lime green shirt that is worn under a black over-coat that has one button buttoned in the middle of the coat. he also wears a pair of black pants that on him with a light grey belt that has a sliver buckle. He carries his gun and badge in a pocet that is inside the overcoat and a two lightning bolts in the form of a cross conected by a chain on his right wrist. He also wears a pair of glasses and one earing on his right ear that has three small sliver tubes on it


History/Background: When Kira was born it was decided by his father, who was the police cheif at the time, that he would be a cop. After fourteen years of physical and mental training Kira's father decided it was time for him to learn about what he really was........a quincy. As his father began to tell him the history of the quincy and there enemies he couldnt belive that thiss was kept a secert form him until now and to make up for keeping it a secert for long Kira's father offered to teach him in the ways of quincy combat snd his old bow in the form of a crosss made by two lightning bolts. Kira was confused about everything he had just learned but with the sence of justice that he had he knew that if he acppted it he could protect people in more then one way.......so he grabed the cross and gadily accpted his fathers offer. Over the next several years dealing with normal life, and his police trainging Kira manged to learn most if not all of the basic quincy techniques moveing onto even harder one. On his twenty-frist brithday even though his quincy training was yet to be completed Kira became a undercover poice officer for the karakura police department helping liveing people from criminal and souls from hollows that would eat them without a second thought by useing his quincy powers.

Rp Sample: It was another peacefulll day in Karakura town. Kira was walking through the shoping district city off duty from his police duties when he spoted his favoritve bakery shop. He looked inside when his stomach growled. He looked down at his stomach then back up deciding to go inside. As soon as he enterend the shop the casher reconized who he was "Welcome back Kira would you like the usal" she asked smileing at him. Kira nodded smileing back "yeah please im starting to get a small sweet tooth" he said still holding on to his stomach as the casher turned around grabed a few solid dark choclate bars and placeing them in a bag. She then turned around as kira walked and grabed the bag "There on the house for today since your one of our most faithfull customers" she said smileing even more. He then opened the bag and took one of the choclate bars and put it in his mouth "thanks i guss il see you later if i get another sweet tooth" he said waveing to her and then turning around and exiting the store.
As he got outside he walked futher down the street until he senced a strange spritual pressure in a allayway next to him. He sighed as he looked in the allyway to see a hollow there looking back at him. "Man you've got to be kiding me im not in the mood to fight" as soon as he said that the hollow roared and began to charge at him. Kira let out another sigh as he bent down and placed his bag with the candy bars inside ti on the ground. As he stood up rite agin the hollow swung it left hand in the form of a fist at him. Kira smirked and took a step back leting the hollow punch the wall "Aginst me a low level hollow like dosent stand a chance" Kira siad materlizing his bow and the fireing a signle arrow through the hollows head destroying it competely. HE then sighed agin de-materlizing his bow and then walking off totaly forgeting about his sweets in the bag he left behind
