Newly FormedJiro has a froglike body that’s solid grey besides two yellow spots on his right back leg. The mask is in a circular and splits at the top into a V shape. It’s predominantly white (obviously) and has a yellow stripe going diagonally down the center.
GillianI assume we all know what they look like and he’s no different so I won’t bother.
Adjuchas- Spoiler:

Once again, he’s entirely gray save two select spots on his right back leg. Besides that, he doesn’t have horns as shown in the picture and has the same type of mask covering his face as he had in his .. early form. Otherwise it’s accurate.
Arrancar- Spoiler:
Jiro looks relatively normal, wearing the traditional black and white attire all Arrancar wore (assuming that’s alright.) The only unusual thing is his dark green hair, darker than the picture.
His hollow hole is directly in the center of his lower abdomen. The piece of his mask is on the left side of his forehead, with the yellow diagonal stripe going across it.

ResurreccionThis form is adding the strong back legs and the claws from the Adjuchas picture. (The err.. gauntlet type things on his arms is what I mean.) As well as that it adds a thick chestpiece, as an attempt to make up for his weak Hierro. All of that is in pure white.
Personality: In his basic hollow form, Jiro has little to no personality. Urges and instinct are all that drive him in both this and his Gillian form.
By the time Jiro reached Adjuchas (or further) his intelligence had reached the point where he began to really think for himself. A hollow that is quiet in nature but quite cunning and devious despite it. But what would an Arrancar be without his/her loathe for Shinigami? Jiro is no different, perhaps worse. He cannot stand being around them, save the one scenario he must fight for orders or, of course, in defense. He does enjoy having Shinigami to use in experiments of any kind to gain insight into how to best torment them if for none other than the sole purpose to make them leave him the hell alone. Jiro does, unlike most hollow, not appreciate a good fight.. In truth he despises it. Although his cunning and his ability to observe along with his quickness give him a slight edge on any opponent, his lack of a dense Hierro and physical strength leave him in a predicament if he cannot find a weakness and end the battle quick enough. Jiro is generally uncaring even for his fellow hollow, but tends to develop strong ties to those who he has known for a long time though he would never admit it due to his large ego and self centered pride.
Jiro could hardly be considered good, but his hatred toward fighting along with his quiet nature and hatred for Shinigami make him seem harmless. Truth be told, hardly if anyone would know how he really is unless they are quite observant, excluding himself. In his life and after-life he has never opened up to anyone, leaving all of his emotions bottled up. This grew over time and developed his “I’m the only one who’s correct; trust is meaningless” mentality.
As stated above, Jiro is much more of the stay on the sidelines and observe quietly rather than the quick to react type. Knowledge IS power to him. Why get your hands dirty when there are others that can be manipulated to act in your place? He would much rather be the man pulling the strings than the man on the front lines.
History: When Jiro was born, his birth mother died. Having no brothers or sisters, he grew to cling to his father for support. His father was a scientist, but though he was busy he always made extra time to care for Jiro.
During one night, Jiro waited and waited for his father to return, but he did not. The phone rang, giving the message his father had died in a car crash (haha..) By this time Jiro was 16 and had a job, but it affected him. His grades in school dropped and he was barely able to keep up with his work hours. The money he was receiving clearly wasn’t enough to pay the bills of their previous home.. So Jiro turned to crime, this was too important to lose, but ended up costing him his life. You’re only going to last so long when killing and robbing small store owners. The sack of despair and misery had begun its new journey as a hollow.

Custom Hollow Abilities:
((These should be completely original techniques or powers of your hollow. Please note Cero's will be mentioned in the initial information forum with the stat system explained.))
Ability 1: Focus Point- Simply allowing him to block out his other senses and focus on sights and sounds with no distraction.
Ability 2: Duplication- As the title says, it allows him to duplicate himself once. The copy cannot attack with nearly the same strength as the original and is mostly used for distraction and escape.
Ability 3: Drain- Zanpakutou becomes like a vacuum of sorts, draining reiatsu but only when a hit is landed. It helps bring the enemy down to more his level of spirit power since his is less than ideal. Though he can never drain them completely, every hit = more drained.
Ability 4: (Rank 6. Something with awesome power. This will be able to compete with a bankai's power.)
Rp sample:
Jiro wandered the streets in darkness, illuminated solely by the lights of the city. Looking for a meal, he took long bounds with his powerful legs until he heard something screeching. No, not screeching, more like squeeling. Enticed, he leaped over and saw it to be nothing more than a human soul, a girl in fact, young and vulnerable swinging in the park, a depressed look on her face. What could be a better target? Nothing, and he knew it. In mere seconds and one leap he was in front of the girl, howling. Almost immediately the girl jumped from the swing and began running through the streets, as though she were expecting it. Jiro, confused, waited a moment before giving chase. He leapt after the girl, catching her with ease and landing on top of her. “No!” She screamed, but of course it made no difference to Jiro. Her screams echoed through the still night as he went in to end her final seconds, but were soon replaced by Jiro’s own howls of anger and pain. A deep cut penetrated his back and he quickly removed himself from the girl, taking a quick leap away from the area. The local Shinigami had arrived.. she picked the girl up first and asked to make sure she was alright before adding “You did well.”
Perhaps the girl was used as some sort of bait, of course Jiro wasn’t paying much attention to that, nor would he have realized if it was if he had been. Normally at this point a hollow would jump at the chance to get hold of a Shinigami’s soul, but Jiro’s instinct told him to turn tail and run like a coward, this hollow was not ready to die yet. The Shinigami then focused his attention solely on Jiro, who was.. leaping for his life. The Shinigami of course gave chase and was much quicker, which would prove devastating if nothing happened soon. At that point Jiro heard the howl of a hollow and headed toward the sound, no real goal in mind. The other hollow was quite large, with violet stripes along its broad back. Razor sharp teeth and claws, it pounced past Jiro and straight onto the Shinigami. By sheer luck or subconscious decisions, this hollow would live to eat another day.
